Dear AssignmentPanda:

Building your business model around helping students to cheat on their assignments may somehow not align with the Fiverr Terms of Service:

Fiverr's Terms of Service

One marketplace, millions of professional services. Browse. Buy. Done.

For example, at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, the Honor Code states: “I will not lie, cheat, or steal, nor tolerate those who do.”

One might argue that, for example, a student at UNC-CH who pays someone in India to take her online quizzes is violating the Honor Code and therefore purchasing Illegal or Fraudulent Services.

The Terms of Service indicate:

Gigs created on Fiverr are User Generated Content.
Gigs may be removed by Fiverr for violations to these Terms of Service, which may include (but are not limited to) the following violations and/or materials:
Illegal or Fraudulent services
Copyright Infringement, Trademark Infringement, and violation of a third party’s terms of service reported through our Intellectual Property Claims Policy found here
Adult oriented services, Pornographic, Inappropriate/Obscene
Intentional copies of Gigs
Spam, Nonsense, or Violent Gigs
Gigs misleading to buyers
Reselling of regulated goods
Services that extend beyond 30 days of service duration

Therefore, it might be in your best interest to pursue a different business model before the Fiverr Trust and Safety Team decides that your services do not align with the Fiverr business model.

Have you considered making Minions videos?

Good luck,
Blaise
