How to get attention?

Hello there, I’m a digital artist and I have a few question;

So I’m new here and I was wondering how to get known?
Like how do your gigs get known? is there a feature, groups ? Also I saw people talking about asking the buyer to check gigs, but where do you do that?

Dear Mortel:

The first thing you should do is read the Fiverr Terms of Service.

Open a ticket with Fiverr Support, tell them what you are doing, and ask them for guidance, especially on the not safe for work (NSFW) part. Fiverr will probably advise you not to turn on your Live Portfolio given the givens (assuming they’re bright enough to think of that; otherwise, I suggest that you not turn on your Live Portfolio).

I suggest you spell out acronyms the first time you use them.

You are in a niche category, so it doesn’t really make sense for you to rely on the Fiverr search engine.

I’m not sure if DA is or has a message board, but if you’re participating in some furry message board, hopefully they allow you to place your Fiverr profile link in your whatchamacallit that appears at the bottom of each of your posts.

Assuming you’re comfortable dealing with furries and have done what you need to to minimize stalking and harrassment, you should be able to move amongst your furry fellows and invite them to check you out on Fiverr.

I don’t believe that Fiverr wants you to put your social media tags in your profile description.

I suggest you remove those until you talk it over with Support.

The furry keyword should get you all the business you can handle, if you’re good at it. Sorry, I don’t know enough about furry to know whether your art is what the furries want.

To be safe, you should set limits to your queues.

And you should probably make gig videos.

As a general rule, when I have time to participate in the Fiverr Forum and I notice a request like yours in the “Improve My Gig” section, I am willing and able to look at a Seller’s Profile and one gig one time.

I can give you a better level of assistance if you first work your way through the checklist below. That way, I won’t waste your one turn by advising you to follow items on the checklist. Please study this thread to better appreciate what I’m talking about here. It should take you a minimum of 4 weeks to make your way through all the material.

If you haven’t already read Strengths Finder 2.0 and taken that assessment, I suggest you do so, because it should give you the language to express your strengths and help you to brainstorm some gigs for which you are especially well qualified. Check out the writing of Chris Guillebeau and Tim Ferriss. By Josh Kaufman, I recommend The First 20 Hours: How to Learn Anything… Fast!
and The Personal MBA. Also, you could read Influence by Robert Cialdini and Get Anyone to Do Anything by David J. Lieberman.

Here’s a thread discussing a specific example of a Buyer Request for which I created a gig and then asked for help improving that gig via the forum.

Hello. I´m not sure what you mean with that, but if you are talking about Buyer Requests, you find them there:

If you use the forum search function for ‘Buyer Request’ you´ll find lots of posts on it probably.

I´d recommend to read, apart from forum posts on all subjects you´re interested in (again, the search function is helpful), all the info pages fiverr offers on the main fiverr.com page, click for example the ‘Academy’ link in the header, and, especially, read all the info you´ll find when you click the links in the footer under the title ‘Support’, there is not only valuable information there like F.A.Q on how to get started and lots of other things that you´ll encounter, but also you should familiarize yourself with the Terms of Service, so you won´t unintentionally do something that is against them.
