It’s a system glitch, it usually resolves itself after a while but as you wait you can notify fiverr support about it.

Dear Shima:

I recently experienced this issue.

Apparently one thing you can try is making sure you have the latest version of the app.

Next time the issue occurs, trying turning your phone off, waiting an appropriate moment or two, then turning it back on.

When you re-open the app the missing message may very well appear.
