Sometime i get message notification but not the message in inbox

Their is some error in fiverr inbox . some time buyer message i received notification . but when i opened inbox their is nothing it

Sometimes I get this if the message has been reported by someone else. Usually I can unspam on either ‘all’ messages or using the app. It requires a bit of playing around.
If you still can’t see the message, forward the notification to customer support and raise a ticket.
