Voice Over category big changes

Fiverr just announced that they are making some big changes to the voice over category. Just starting to look through it all now, but in addition to pushing pricing, it appears that they will be requiring that we sell content licenses for specific usages. That appears to be enforced by revisions to TOS. Just sorting it out now. Thoughts?
