Why does sellers advertise themselves in "Buyer Requests" section?

Fiverr team really should implement some kind of a system to report that individuals. That shouldn’t be allowed.

I concur and infact, I just read a buyer’s request about asking for a php script to do some stuffs, after going through this I discovered the whole issue is to scam and do away with people’s money. Fiverr should also create a button to report buyer’s request as either scam or something close to that, so they can investigate on them.
