  1. I have 3 to 4 gigs listed, and according to the analytics, they are getting views and a few clicks, but I haven't gotten any communications about possible projects. What actions need I take next?
  2. I'm facing Difficulty getting my first order on Fiverr, Seniors guide, please
  3. Customer service is everything. Being buyer-friendly on Fiverr requires more than just meeting and exceeding expectations. Message Management is just as essential to your account's growth. Responding quickly to inquiries from potential buyers and buyers with orders already in progress will directly impact your buyer satisfaction and, in turn, help you level up faster. Your dashboard includes two crucial indicators related to messaging: Inbox Response Rate and Order Response Rate. Inbox Response Rate tracks your response to the first message from a potential buyer. The quicker you reply, the more likely you will close the deal and sell your gig. The Inbox Response Rate tracks the percentage of first messages you answered within 24 hours over the last 60 days. Your percentage will decline if you don’t respond within 24 hours. Respond quickly, however, and buyers are far more likely to close the deal. Our stats show that sellers that respond to new inquiries within twelve hours triple their chances of closing a sale than those who respond after twelve hours. Buyers are looking to get their job done and won’t wait long. If they don’t hear from you, they will likely move on to a more responsive seller. Similarly, the Order Response Rate tracks your responsiveness to messages you receive from buyers associated with an active order, including order start messages, revision requests, and any contact the buyer may have along the way. It’s a good idea to initiate contact once the purchase is made with a simple “Thank you, I have everything that I need to start your order and I will reach out if I have any questions”. This goes a long way in demonstrating that you’re genuinely interested in the buyer and value their business. Also, remember that Fiverr offers several highly effective tools to help you manage your messages efficiently. Download the Fiverr App to receive notifications on new messages wherever you are. You can set up custom Quick Responses to reply when you have little time, assuring contact with the buyer and protecting your response rate. If you’re unavailable for an extended period, be sure to visit your profile page, where you can click on “Set Availability” and enter the time and details of your absence. Buyers visiting your gig or profile pages will see that you’re unavailable and have the opportunity to leave a message. Using this feature ensures that your Inbox Response Rate won’t be impacted. And Remember, you don’t need to respond directly to spam or inappropriate messages. Each message includes the ability to send a report to Fiverr.. Sending that report removes the message from your queue and the obligation to respond. The key to attracting and keeping customers on Fiverr isn’t a secret. Like every great relationship, buyers and sellers thrive on Great Communication. Want to read more? 4. I'm Faraz, your friendly neighbourhood graphic designer, straight outta Pakistan with a backpack full of creativity and a heart full of dreams. Yep, you guessed it right, I'm the new kid on the Fiverr block, and boy, am I excited to be here! So, picture this: me, sitting in front of my screen, waiting for that magical ding of my first order. It's like waiting for Santa on Christmas Eve, but with fewer cookies and more caffeine. But hey, patience is my middle name (okay, not really, but it should be). Sure, my gig calendar might be as empty as my coffee mug right now, but trust me, I'm brewing up some killer designs and itching to dive headfirst into this wild world of freelancing. I'm here not just to snag gigs but to soak up all the wisdom and vibes this awesome community has to offer. So, seasoned pros, hit me with your best tips and tricks—I promise I won't spill coffee on them. Here's to new beginnings, epic collaborations, and a whole lot of creativity. Let's make some magic happen, shall we?
  5. This Seller Plus Working for first time for me. from 2nd month it is not working for me.
  6. I have posted my first gig and then a second one. But now, I am unable to add my third gig. Can someone help me in this?
  7. getting the first order is hard. and it's the right time to upgrade your skills to market needs and research the market. you can follow this page:https://help.fiverr.com/hc/en-us/
  8. You will get first order soon best wishes for you.
  9. Started registering for Fiverr last year but I created profile yesterday. Then I went ahead to create a gig. Unfortunately my gig remains a draft and I am stuck in the last phase of creation.
  10. Hello!
    First "test" post! ^^.

  11. HELLO EVERYONE. I AM NEW TO FIVERR. I HAVE GOT 39 IMPRESSIONS AND 2 CLICKS. PLEASE SUGGEST HOW TO IMPROVE AND GET ORDERS I HAVE ATTACHED MY THUMBNAIL AND MY WORKS. IF THERE IS A NEED FOR IMPROVEMENT THEN YOUR SUGGESTIONS WILL BE HELPFUL FOR ME
  12. My gig was ranked, it took me to level 2 without promoting. But now it is not performing well even with promotion. Very less clicks and impressions. The only orders I am getting are from my old buyers. Any solutions or insights about this. I am a Ui designer by the way.
  13. I've recently re-engaged on Fiverr after a long absence. Despite having an older profile, I've never received any orders for software development. Could you offer some advice on how to attract orders?"
  14. It happened to me too when I was first promoted to Level 1 (with the old system). Open a ticket and explain your problem politely, then you will probably receive an automated-looking answers. After that reply by reinstating your position and providing additional information if they seem to have ignored some points and they will probably have a manual check.
  15. When I search for 'retro cartoon character', your gig appears on the first page. Similarly, when I search for 'retro cartoon branding', your other gig is also on the first page. It seems you can't complain about visibility, and you're not shadow banned. Perhaps this is just a temporary period of lower demand for such services.
  16. For 3 months I haven't gotten any orders yet, it's really hurt me a lot, and I'm getting depressed about freelancing on Fiverr. here is my profile [ https://www.fiverr.com/salmaanbhai ], is anyone here to advise me on, how can I get any orders on Fiverr? I'm done with all of Fiverr's experience and best practices for getting the first order.
  17. I'm a newbie on Fiverr. How do I get my gig ranked and also get my first order, like a blessing?
  18. Hi @seoexpert_hafiz, you can check out our free Fiverr Learn course and read through some of the previous posts, as they have lots of valuable insights that will help you get started. This one can help as well: Making a good first impression. You can also read through topics in the Tips for Sellers section which contains advice from experienced Fiverr freelancers. Good luck 🍀
  19. Have been on Fiverr for a few years now on and off and have over a 150 five star reviews (almost exclusively 5 star with the exception of a couple of crazys that would never have been happy unless the order was delivered on a golden platter). Today I got my first 4.7 star review under the new system. Feels sort of weird but I'm also happy because all the five star reviews felt soooo fake. I wonder if Fiverr is ever going to do anything to fix up buyer reviews as well so that we can "acurately" review our customers? 🙂 I bet... not 😄 😄
  20. Hello Everyone, My name is Lyna and have just joined Fiverr. Although i have only received spams and people asking me to send them my personal email address (which i have respectfully declined), i'm hoping to get my first customer soon and look forward to this new journey. I just wanted to pop in and introduce myself and be part of this community, that hopefully will guide me and teach me the tricks of the trade. ONE LOVE. Lyna
  21. Converting (especially on a project-by-project basis) is a process, not a one-size-fits-all. So, my top advice comes in two parts: 1) Know yourself. What you WILL do, what you WON'T do, and the price at which you will do your thing. If a potential Buyer approach me, I first make sure that they're actually in the right place (no point trying to convert someone who's looking for tacos when they walked into a pizza place), that I can fulfil what I'm looking for (no, we cannot put pickles on your pizza, we don't stock those), that they have the budget (no, the pizza isn't free), that I'm okay with what they're looking for (no, we WILL NOT put harmful stuff on the pizza, not even as a joke), and that I can work with the Buyer (no shirt, no shoes, no service). If the project seems like a good fit, well, half the process is already done. 2) Know your customers. Who and where they ARE, and who and where they are NOT. If I'm looking for Buyers out in the wild, I first understand my buyer persona, my target market, because it's (again) pointless to try to convert someone who has zero interest in what I offer. I recently saw the (particularly clever) "Clustomers" marketing campaign put out by Intuit Mailchimp that sums it up rather nicely.
    • I was notified this morning that my order Order number
#FO830A7427308 from Egypthian D was canceled without explanation. The first issue is that the order was in 2 parts, the first being FO1123C51E045 that I paid for but never received the file since he was going to be using the same file for the second part FO1123C51E045. Canceling the second order has resulted in me only being credited for the second order, not the first. More importantly, no explanation was given for canceling the second order. I had not requested it, and I don't believe Egypthian D requested it. Please refund my total amount paid for BOTH orders and also provide me with an explanation for canceling. I would also like to know if the reason for the cancelation was security-related. It would be nice to know if I should be concerned about the integrity of my account.

I am also under a bit of a time crunch and need to fast-track this project, hopefully without starting from scratch with another gig
