  2. My Fiverr account has 3 reviews but I haven't been active on Fiverr for almost 2 years. I published 2 new gigs one is today another was 1 week ago but the gig results impression 1 and 0. I've optimized the SEO with keywords, but what other strategies can I use to improve my gig's visibility and attract potential buyers?   4. Hi everyone, I'm trying to create a new gig on Fiverr, but I'm getting an error message saying "You can create a maximum of 4 Gigs". I currently have 3 published gigs. Can anyone advise on how to create a 4th gig? Is there a way to increase the seller limit, or do I need to delete one of my existing gigs? Thanks in advance for your help!

  6. Customer service is everything. Being buyer-friendly on Fiverr requires more than just meeting and exceeding expectations. Message Management is just as essential to your account's growth. Responding quickly to inquiries from potential buyers and buyers with orders already in progress will directly impact your buyer satisfaction and, in turn, help you level up faster. Your dashboard includes two crucial indicators related to messaging: Inbox Response Rate and Order Response Rate. Inbox Response Rate tracks your response to the first message from a potential buyer. The quicker you reply, the more likely you will close the deal and sell your gig. The Inbox Response Rate tracks the percentage of first messages you answered within 24 hours over the last 60 days. Your percentage will decline if you don’t respond within 24 hours. Respond quickly, however, and buyers are far more likely to close the deal. Our stats show that sellers that respond to new inquiries within twelve hours triple their chances of closing a sale than those who respond after twelve hours. Buyers are looking to get their job done and won’t wait long. If they don’t hear from you, they will likely move on to a more responsive seller. Similarly, the Order Response Rate tracks your responsiveness to messages you receive from buyers associated with an active order, including order start messages, revision requests, and any contact the buyer may have along the way. It’s a good idea to initiate contact once the purchase is made with a simple “Thank you, I have everything that I need to start your order and I will reach out if I have any questions”. This goes a long way in demonstrating that you’re genuinely interested in the buyer and value their business. Also, remember that Fiverr offers several highly effective tools to help you manage your messages efficiently. Download the Fiverr App to receive notifications on new messages wherever you are. You can set up custom Quick Responses to reply when you have little time, assuring contact with the buyer and protecting your response rate. If you’re unavailable for an extended period, be sure to visit your profile page, where you can click on “Set Availability” and enter the time and details of your absence. Buyers visiting your gig or profile pages will see that you’re unavailable and have the opportunity to leave a message. Using this feature ensures that your Inbox Response Rate won’t be impacted. And Remember, you don’t need to respond directly to spam or inappropriate messages. Each message includes the ability to send a report to Fiverr.. Sending that report removes the message from your queue and the obligation to respond. The key to attracting and keeping customers on Fiverr isn’t a secret.   11. Hi there, 5 days ago I asked question about Fiverr "Promoted Gig" feature which I got from Fiverr. As I saw this feature first time so I have no idea about this service. I didn't get any answer yet regarding this question. I want to know from the experienced sellers who knows in details about this feature. In this feature there 3 packages for promoting my gigs. 1. $5 2. $10 & 3. $50 Now which one is the best? Can you please give me suggestions on it?   12. I’ve been looking at some of the people who do voice-over work through Fiverr and there is something I’d like to ask. I see people charging additional fees for things like Commercial Rights, Full Broadcast Rights, and National Broadcast Rights, on top of the actual voice work itself. And they are charging multiples of 2, 3, 4, and on up for them. Am I getting it right that they are selling the voice work and also selling rights to their clients to use their provided voice work in advertising and broadcasting, and that they’re selling the rights to use their work for a specific number of times? Exactly how does that work? Is there a document, like a contract, that they draw up for the client to sign? What does such a thing look like? Where does it come from? Do the voice artists create these documents themselves, or use a template or some such thing? Where would such a template be found? I haven’t actually gotten started doing voice-overs yet; I’m not set up yet. But this aspect of it is something I’m just noticing on Fiverr now. Whatever help you can offer, I’d quite appreciate.

  18. I‘m new to Fiverr so I‘m trying to publish a gig for myself. I seem to have filled out everything I need to in order to publish. I‘ve put in all the requirements, added pictures, and filled out the W-9. But every time I click „next“ on the screen (when it should take me to the Done!/publish page) it just takes me back to the Pricing page. The „Publish Gig“ button is greyed out, so I can‘t even click it normally. What do I do?

  20. What is the point of this new update? my gig score was five, i delivered the order got great ratings and tips. But what do i get? From 1k clicks per day its barely 1-5 clicks. FIverr has killed my biz here, really disappointed as there is no chance of improvement once your tanked down, since the only way to get improvement is to get more orders and deliver them exceptionally without any single dispute....hold on how will we improve if we don't have any new order and are given 0 visibility?
    • I was notified this morning that my order Order number
      #FO830A7427308 from Egypthian D was canceled without explanation. The first issue is that the order was in 2 parts, the first being FO1123C51E045 that I paid for but never received the file since he was going to be using the same file for the second part FO1123C51E045. Canceling the second order has resulted in me only being credited for the second order, not the first. More importantly, no explanation was given for canceling the second order. I had not requested it, and I don't believe Egypthian D requested it. Please refund my total amount paid for BOTH orders and also provide me with an explanation for canceling. I would also like to know if the reason for the cancelation was security-related. It would be nice to know if I should be concerned about the integrity of my account.

  23. I recently received a notification stating, "Your Gigs cannot be promoted right now. We'll notify you as soon as this changes." This appeared after canceling just one order, the sole cancellation in the last four months. As a Level 1 seller, I seek clarification on why this message is displayed and what steps I can take to resume gig promotion. Thank you for your assistance.
