  1. From time to time I will open the app and see this. Each and every time it gives me a heart attack! It goes away if I quit and re-open the app (this is on an iPhone 15 Pro Max, latest app version and latest OS). Thanks Andy
  2. If I start mentioning every bug, the list will probably never end but I will try my best to name some. And I am aware that I am posting this in the 'Lounge' and not the 'Feedback' category because I have no hopes that Fiverr will even look at these issues and try to solve them. Some bugs have been there for more than 3 years, but still no resolution -- so, cough cough, no words to say anything. 1. Data of Promoted Gigs not updating: That's a different story as to how 80% of clicks through promoted gigs are just spam but today, my promoted gigs have stopped updating the data. For the past 9 hours, the same data has been visible and it's not updating. So, I have no clue how much I am spending, and due to the fear of getting a long bill of 1 million dollars (lmao, can't trust that I don't see a bug with billing), I have stopped promoting gigs until this issue is fixed. 2. I wrote a ticket to customer support to take a look at this issue of not updating Promoted gigs data -- and after a few minutes, I received this super-cute reply: just a single letter "s". And the best part is that on the Help Center website, there is no response visible at all, like nobody replied to my ticket. Bruh, what the hell is going on with Fiverr? I have no clue whether someone has replied, not replied, or just replied with this spam (spam from customer support, wow). 3. Whenever we keep our Fiverr app running in the background and open it again, this is what iPhone users see: nothing much but just a heart attack that they are banned from the platform. So, if you're owning an iPhone, good luck my friend, and don't forget to clear the app from 'Recent apps' every time. Apple was so proud that their phones don't lag even when you keep running multiple apps in the background that they didn't even release a 'close all' button -- but now, keep playing with this closing and opening game. And yes, my Fiverr app is fully updated, so please do not suggest updating the app. Not just me, but many iPhone users are facing this bug. 4. The new level system was launched on February 14 (the day of love) for all sellers, but if you go to your Analytics tab, you will see this message. Don't tell me that a billion-dollar company has a shortage of website developers that they do not even have time for 20 seconds to delete a few lines of code and remove this message from here. Bruh, if your website developers do not have time, then why don't you just go ahead and hire a $5 gig from your own platform so that someone else can remove it. It's been almost two months! Please do something and don't ruin the 'User experience'! 🙂🙂 5. No profile picture in order history for specific clients: I get it that it's not a big deal, but this bug has been there for the past ~3 years (since I joined the platform). Ever heard of 'User Experience'? And not to mention how hard it is to navigate/search the orders from the history. Can't you just give a 'notes' headline instead of just showing the repetitive gig name? That gig name means nothing to me and does not help in finding any order from the history. 6. Deliveries auto-changing the messages: No matter what you write in the delivery message box, after entering it, it will just change to a completely random text. I think this was fixed yesterday, but still, I would LOVE to count it in my list. Imagine how many sellers & buyers suffered from the headache and confusion due to this. Read more about this bug here: 7. Just now, someone posted that a buyer managed to bypass the 'Request to Order'. I hope that Fiverr is not launching a new tier: "Seller Plus: Double Premium," which ensures that you won't face bugs in RTO. Read about this here: 8. Lots and lots of bugs in custom offers that we faced last to last week. Custom offers were auto-expiring, there was no option of gig extras, and so on. Can't even mention all those countless bugs with custom offers. 9. The 'Online' and 'Last Seen' feature is completely bugged in the inbox. This bug has been there for the past 2-3 years at least (or maybe more), and imagine the awesome feeling of texting with the client and still, it shows you that the client was last seen 3 hours ago, lmao! 10. And countless more bugs (that are currently fixed but sometimes occur) --- such as wrong order queue number, notifications not working, and so on.
  3. Getting Same issue. This is a Fiverr Bug and they are not resolving this kind of issue and ignoring it.
  4. Hey there everyone. I need your help. Remember how you need to give an english test before publishing gig. The other day i made an account and when i took the test. An error showed up that you cannot give this test. I went back and clicked again. This time it allowed me to give the test. Scored 7.0 in the test and the moment i completed the test and clicked complete. The following showed up which i have attached in the image. What is this? This is the third time some kind of issue is happening to me. Why?? Contacted fiver support on email but no right response whatsoever!
  5. It could be a bug, so try using a different browser and clear your cache, then try to republish your gig. If that doesn't work, you can always raise a ticket with support.
  6. Hey folks, I've noticed a weird bug with the Fiverr app in recent weeks and thought it would be good to share. I initially thought this bug was due to me using an old phone but it still happens on a brand new iPhone 15 Pro Max so time to report! When I get a message from my customers I always get two notifications one for the messages and then one in my "profile" tab. This is annoying in itself, however when I reply to my message and close the app, the notification remains until I open the app again and THEN it disapears. It's super weird and frustrating. Hope you can fix. (I'll try and get a video or something the next time it happens!)
  7. I am an iPhone user and facing a bug in the mobile app. It's showing me that I do not have any level, but I am a Level 2 seller with a Success Score of 9. On Desktop, the stats are showing fine, and I am only facing this bug in the mobile app. I also checked the App Store, and the app is fully updated. Is anyone else experiencing the same issue? @Kesha Can you please take a look? UPDATE: Just after posting this topic, it's solved now. I am able to access the level on the mobile app. But can you please stop giving us (sellers) heart attacks? I was driving when I opened my app, and for a second, I thought that I am flagged or banned. Things could have gone way too wrong due to Fiverr's irresponsibilities and bugs. I hope you will understand @Kesha. Can you please pass this issue to the Fiverr higher management? This is not the first time sellers have faced this bug.
  8. Hello dear Community! I'm going to report this bug. Please check it says $400 earning and 10 orders to achive level two badge. This is the bug, @Kesha it will need to be fixed. and also flagged accounts will need to be fixed. mine is also! THanks
  9. Is your Seller Plus or promoted gig option open? Fund transfers can be done from that. Or it could be due to Fiverr Bug. You can check your earnings page. If none of these, contact Fiverr Support. Why pay Income Tax? Does it have to pay everyone in the world?
  10. Hello everyone, Since the new system is implemented , my success score fluctuates between 8 and 9. However, this morning it suddenly went to 7. All of my orders completed this month and last month are rated 5 star. This month and last month, my orders are mostly from repeat clients, with a few new clients. I completed two orders this month (one from repeat client, and another from new client) before it went to 7 today. Last night, it still stands at 8. Does the number of new clients affect the success score? Is there bug with this current rating system?
  11. Wanted to know that is anyone facing this bug on their Fiverr App? Or I am the only one having this bug? I know that the new level system has been finally rolled out but then why this bug? My desktop version is absolutely fine means no issue like I can see the stats there.. but Fiverr App..   12. On mobile, the button to message a buyer who submitted a brief is now obscured by the new fiverr chat thing (please see attached screenshot). I found that scrolling to the very bottom makes the chat thing disappear, but it’s still not ideal

The Glassdoor employees describe it as "cultural differences" or an office culture where middle managers play favorites and there is some serious office politics, starting at the top with the rot flowing down and out. Can you imagine getting fired for trying to report a bug - while seeing someone who caused a bug that cost the company $100k get away with it? That's after having to deal with endless complaints about other bugs for weeks, months, and years, that were not fixed until there was a week-long hackathon. This employee also mentions that CS is only there because, well, you kinda need it to look legit. This all starts at the top, not at the bottom and not with the userbase. This price hike in SPP without any attempt to tack on some afterthought of a feature is just the latest example of a company driven by greed. I would love to know how many of Fiverr's current employees really feel about leadership. Because that's the other thing in the reviews. Speak up? Oh dear, here's your pink slip. Buh-bye, now. Anyway, 'tis past the witching hour so I shall go and burn my effigy of Fiverr while cackling wildly under the moonlight. Got to make your own fun around here.

  16. Hey Everyone 💫 I am currently experiencing a questionable phenomenon with my Average Response Time, as it does not get updated, no matter how fast I reply to any incoming messages. Is this bug related to the New Level system? Or is it because Average Response Time is not being updated? Thank you so much for your help. Panna
  17. As a pro seller, I (supposedly) have access to a higher tier of support, so I've let them know about this bug since it's impacting me too. Perhaps the "pro support" will offer us the next letter in this riddle. 🙂 I'm not too concerned about ad spend and I hardly ever look at those stats because I just monitor it through the monthly bill. As long as I'm getting a solid ROI, I don't stress about it much. But I understand others might. I am here to tell you that they do, because ChatGPT is now in charge of product development. 😄 I've suggested something similar when it comes to the team doing outreach, after being hit by wall after wall of GPT-generated mumbo-jumbo. While I wouldn't recommend that anyone work with a five-dollar seller, I'm not sure Fiverr could even find out who the real pros are in their own pool of pros after the recent updates to that bit of the site. Another job well done. You can bet they will.
  18. Every time I access my Fiverr account through a browser, it presents the banner shown in the attached image. It's nice to be congratulated on getting my "first" Fiverr's choice order. However, this banner comes up every time I go to the site and my first Fiverr's choice order was placed and completed years ago. I have completed 15 Fiverr's Choice orders in 2024 alone and have two in progress, so I'm not quite sure why it's happening. Anyway, this is broken and slightly annoying. Maybe not the most important thing to fix right now, but I thought I should flag it! Thanks.
  19. You could raise a ticket with support to get more help with this. It might be a bug or issue with your verification method.
  20. @sephstanek It seems a bug. I see it as "3 orders in the queue", but in reality, I only have 2 orders in the queue.
  21. Dear Fiverr Team, Can we please fix the bug with the number of orders in the queue? I really need to limit the orders, but with the current bug it's so difficult! This screenshot is for the gig with 1 current order and 1 order with no requirements submitted.

  23. Did you copy/paste the title into the field? If yes, try to refresh the page and type it manually. If no, try copy/pasting it. You can also try a different browser, just to make sure it's not a bug there.
  24. Could perhaps be a bug, but then I'd expect it to show up for all gigs, not just one. Unless they're making changes to the portfolio in the category that's not working or something.. I would reach out to support and ask them, they can probably give you a better answer.
