  1. I'm facing Difficulty getting my first order on Fiverr, Seniors guide, please
  2. It's pretty obvious by now that Fiverr doesn't care much about sellers especially those who got flagged. At least they should tell us what is going to happen after March 14. Will the flagged accounts still appear in the search? Can flagged accounts run promoted gigs? Will the flagged status ever be lifted or expire? The customer support silence and lack of clear communication is very unprofessional and indicate that all is not well at their end as well.
  3. Started registering for Fiverr last year but I created profile yesterday. Then I went ahead to create a gig. Unfortunately my gig remains a draft and I am stuck in the last phase of creation.
  4. I‘m new to Fiverr so I‘m trying to publish a gig for myself. I seem to have filled out everything I need to in order to publish. I‘ve put in all the requirements, added pictures, and filled out the W-9. But every time I click „next“ on the screen (when it should take me to the Done!/publish page) it just takes me back to the Pricing page. The „Publish Gig“ button is greyed out, so I can‘t even click it normally. What do I do?
  5. Dear Forum Members, I encountered an issue with my Seller Plus program subscription, which I purchased on 14.03.2024. The corresponding amount has been deducted from my account accordingly and I was able to access my Seller Plus without any issue. But two days ago In the morning, I accessed my Seller Plus account without any issues. However, upon attempting to access it again, I discovered that my account has been locked, preventing me from further access. I have already raised a ticket for the same with the customer support team of Fiverr but I have yet not received any reply from them. Given that I rely on this account for my activities and evaluation on Fiverr, I am trying to figure out a way to get it back asap. Any help or guidance in this regard would be highly appreciated.   6. I tried to withdrawal my money last sunday and saw an error "Unable to withdrawal contact fiverr support". but my money got deducted. Its been 7 days my money still in process, I contact fiverr support 2 time and their customer support is pathetic. My ticket number is #11299422 and #11278972. After that today i make an withdrawal of 22$ and it is successful. Please solve m issue as soon as possible. Once again I have to say very bad customer support.

  8. Hey Fiverr Community, I'm having an issue with my account being flagged, and I could really use some advice or insights from fellow sellers. It's been a bit tough for me as I've always been careful to follow Fiverr's rules, but suddenly finding myself flagged has left me puzzled. I've only ever had one Fiverr account, and I've always made sure to operate within Fiverr's Terms of Service. However, recently, my account was flagged without any warning, and I'm not sure why. It's frustrating. I mostly use my account from one location, but there have been a few occasions when I've logged in from different places, mainly when I'm traveling with my laptop. I've tried reaching out to Fiverr support, but I haven't received a clear explanation yet.   9. Customer service is everything. Being buyer-friendly on Fiverr requires more than just meeting and exceeding expectations. Message Management is just as essential to your account's growth. Responding quickly to inquiries from potential buyers and buyers with orders already in progress will directly impact your buyer satisfaction and, in turn, help you level up faster. Your dashboard includes two crucial indicators related to messaging: Inbox Response Rate and Order Response Rate. Inbox Response Rate tracks your response to the first message from a potential buyer. The quicker you reply, the more likely you will close the deal and sell your gig. The Inbox Response Rate tracks the percentage of first messages you answered within 24 hours over the last 60 days. Your percentage will decline if you don’t respond within 24 hours. Respond quickly, however, and buyers are far more likely to close the deal. Our stats show that sellers that respond to new inquiries within twelve hours triple their chances of closing a sale than those who respond after twelve hours. Buyers are looking to get their job done and won’t wait long. If they don’t hear from you, they will likely move on to a more responsive seller. Similarly, the Order Response Rate tracks your responsiveness to messages you receive from buyers associated with an active order, including order start messages, revision requests, and any contact the buyer may have along the way. It’s a good idea to initiate contact once the purchase is made with a simple “Thank you, I have everything that I need to start your order and I will reach out if I have any questions”. This goes a long way in demonstrating that you’re genuinely interested in the buyer and value their business. Also, remember that Fiverr offers several highly effective tools to help you manage your messages efficiently. Download the Fiverr App to receive notifications on new messages wherever you are. You can set up custom Quick Responses to reply when you have little time, assuring contact with the buyer and protecting your response rate. If you’re unavailable for an extended period, be sure to visit your profile page, where you can click on “Set Availability” and enter the time and details of your absence. Buyers visiting your gig or profile pages will see that you’re unavailable and have the opportunity to leave a message. Using this feature ensures that your Inbox Response Rate won’t be impacted. And Remember, you don’t need to respond directly to spam or inappropriate messages. Each message includes the ability to send a report to Fiverr.. Sending that report removes the message from your queue and the obligation to respond. The key to attracting and keeping customers on Fiverr isn’t a secret. Already 11 days have passed and I am also getting no update from Fiverr customer support. My support tickets are #11272191 and #11325991. Contacted multiple times, but no solutions yet. It's Festival time here in Bangladesh and I need to withdraw my funds. It's urgent for me. What should I do now? If anyone from Fiverr is here kindly check my issue.

Already 11 days have passed and I am also getting no update from Fiverr customer support. My support tickets are 11272191 and 11325991. Contacted multiple times, but no solutions yet. It's Festival time here in Bangladesh and I need to withdraw my funds. It's urgent for me. What should I do now? If anyone from Fiverr is here kindly check my issue. 

  15. Hi Friends. I am facing new problem which I not experience before. On 24 March client place order accidentally without submitting requirements he cancelled the order and mentioned on order cancellation reason "order place by mistake.. As per rule those order which place accidentally or before submitting requirements if buyer cancel then they have no negative effects on seller level metrics. But but unfortunately my score rate decrease suddenly and also my gig disappear from searches and on my gigs it's clearly mentioned order cancellation ( strong negative impact.. I open already 3 tickets and also emailed to Fiverr customer support 2 times. But unfortunately I not got any response yet from Fiverr regarding my issue. And my metrics also down. What can I do now ???

  19. My gig was ranked, it took me to level 2 without promoting. But now it is not performing well even with promotion. Very less clicks and impressions. The only orders I am getting are from my old buyers. Any solutions or insights about this. I am a Ui designer by the way.

  21. FIXED. Sort of. I had to use the mobile app to upload a photo instead, as the website is still not working. Hello. I am a voice actor looking to broaden my virtual horizons and make myself more available for work, so I came to Fiverr to set up my seller profile. Unfortunately, I cannot get past the first stage, as the website will not allow my to select any photos. I hover over the profile picture option, click, but nothing happens. I cannot fix it from my profile, nor from the Fiverr Seller On-boarding pages. I cannot continue my on-boarding without an image, but I'm not even being allowed the option to submit one for review. Please help!
  22. I have been working in Fiber since 2020. And since the beginning I have been using only one Payoneer account. Never had a problem with withdrawal. Last March 17th I made a withdrawal request to Fiber ($144) but the instant withdrawal showed error. and deducts the balance. When trying to login to Payoneer, login shows problem. After some time I check on the fiber and the Peony transaction shows in Process status! And not showing upcoming after login to pioneer. (Payoneer account is fully valid and no pending verification) A friend of mine advised me to wait seven days, thinking the problem would be resolved. But after seven days, first I opened the ticket with details with all kinds of screenshots in fiber support, in the reply they said to contact payoneer, after contacting payoneer in the same way with details they replied to contact Fiverr! Contacted like this a total of 8 times (4 times Fiverr, 4 times Payoneer), but every time they replying same. Please help me , I hope you understand my situation. Thank you so much

    Hello! Has anyone solved the mystery of the briefs? From May last year until the end of 2023, I received briefs almost every day. And then they suddenly disappeared (I didn't change anything in the gig that could affect it). At first I thought it was just clients contacting directly, but then I found out that my colleagues get several proposals every day. And other colleagues have the same problem as me & fiverr can't answer anything. For 5 months now I've not a single brief for my category. Kind regards 💚
  24. Hi there, 5 days ago I asked question about Fiverr "Promoted Gig" feature which I got from Fiverr. As I saw this feature first time so I have no idea about this service. I didn't get any answer yet regarding this question. I want to know from the experienced sellers who knows in details about this feature. In this feature there 3 packages for promoting my gigs. 1. $5 2. $10 & 3. $50 Now which one is the best? Can you please give me suggestions on it?   25. Hi (to whoever is reading this) I became a TRS after 1.5 years on Fiverr. I qualified on the 14th of July and was promoted the next day. I have read many posts about people not becoming TRS and so I thought I'd share my experience. As others have said, this a manual selection process even if you meet all the criteria, but don't lose heart. Personally, I have maintained a 5 star rating since I began and I became a level 2 seller after 3-4 months on this platform. I always make sure to have the best customer service and to decline jobs and/or clients that I know will give me trouble. I'm not very active on the forum so I don't think that counts, but I do get quite a lot of orders every months so that might have played a factor in it. All this is to say, just keep working hard and focus more on your reputation than remuneration. Your consistency will pay off. Good luck!
