  1. How can I add payment method in my Fiverr Account?
  2. Just started freelancing on fiverr 😊... And almost got scammed at the same time 🤧
  3. Hi Guys! After a long attempt of 7+ days of verifying my personal info ( technical issues ) I finally fixed it with the help of customer support and I become a Fiverr seller. My name is Klemen and I'm a web developer, this post is not about selling my services, but simply to say HI and to show appreciations! 🙂 I wish you all good luck in freelancing path! Best regards, Klemen Miklavcic
  4. Please, give me tips. How can I get more click, impression and order?
  5. Hi. As I close in on publishing my first Fiverr gig, something I wanted to do was connect to my account through the mobile app. I have often seen the Fiverr mobile app suggested as an ideal way to keep track of your orders and customer communications when you are away from your desktop. Downloading and entering my info on to the mobile app wasn't too hard, but the closest thing I can find to my seller profile within is the "Become a Seller" button under "Resources" on the account page. When I press the "Become a Seller" button, all I come to is an empty page that says "Set up your seller profile on desktop to start selling". There is a "Learn How" link beneath this sign, but the related article advises me to "switch between buyer and seller modes using the toggle" at the top of the account page. The toggle button in question is one that I've never seen on the app. I'm also puzzled about why the app would tell me I need to set up a seller profile on my desktop when I have already done so. One thing I haven't done yet though is publish the first gig I'm developing, so would I need to do that for the mobile app to recognize me as a seller? Is there something else I'm missing?

  9. Cancellations are part of the business and will at times be inevitable, but it is important to understand how that can impact your business and how can you, as a seller, manage that to avoid it potentially affecting your buyer’s experience and your baselines requirements that are directly connected to your seller level. The Order Completion Rate calculates the total amount of orders over the previous 60 days (whether completed or canceled), divided by the number of canceled orders, and then multiplied by 100 to reveal the percentage of orders completed. First, manage expectations. Your Gig should clearly define what you need to complete an order and a reasonable delivery time that’s fast, efficient for buyers, and comfortable for you as the seller. If the order goes Very Late, the buyer can cancel your order anytime. Complete your Gig’s Frequently Asked Questions section to inform buyers what they should expect and how they can help assure a positive experience. Managing expectations is key to avoiding cancellations. Whenever possible, communicate with buyers before they purchase your Gig. Within the Gig description, it’s a good practice to let buyers know they should contact you before purchasing for the best experience. This allows both parties to understand what’s involved in the specific job, ensure that you have what you need as a seller to complete the job, and agree to adjust the delivery time if necessary. Equally as important is to communicate with buyers after they purchase your Gig. If there’s a problem with your initial delivery, it’s best to avoid any mention of cancellation as an option. Instead, assure the buyer that your intention is always to complete their order to their satisfaction. Ask them for specific directions regarding revising your delivery. What if communication with the buyer isn’t working? Sometimes, an order may have issues beyond your control despite your best efforts. If the buyer is asking for work beyond the scope of your agreement or is problematic for any other reason, don’t hesitate to access the Resolution Center and if you still couldn’t solve the issue, reach out to customer support for guidance and direction. You can direct them to Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) on the order page. There, you may find advice for your specific problem or contact support directly. Avoiding those cancellations from affecting your Order Completion Rate it’s only part of what you can achieve by following these tips, the most important is that this will help your buyers be more informed, aware of the process and have clear expectations, improving yours and their experience on Fiverr. 11. You may have noticed a recent change in the design and layout of the buyer’s view of your seller page. The layout draws inspiration from the Fiverr Pro freelancer page which has proven to yield superior results in engagement and conversion rates. Understanding that customers are more likely to purchase based on their intrigue and connection with the sellers, the new layout shifts away from emphasizing your gigs and instead places the focus on who you are as a freelancer. This change allows buyers to have a more accessible snapshot of your individuality, the services you offer, and your past projects. In addition, the robust layout features a comprehensive overview of all your capabilities as a seller on our platform. This holistic view exposes buyers to the full gamut of all you can offer and creates more opportunities for connection and conversions. To account for these changes it is important to update your profile with as much information about you as possible. Make sure your profile highlights your relevant skills, features a detailed profile description, and includes a captivating seller intro video. Since these elements are now a prominent part of your profile, incorporating them will help you stand out. Let us know your thoughts on the change to the profile presentation!
  12. It is likely related to the horrible levels related update, but one thing I noticed is gigs with absolutely no rating (perhaps no orders) are able to appear before my gig which has over 300 orders and 5 star rating. How is this even a good practice that benefits fiverr? If having some stats as opposed to none just sabotages your reach, what's the point in accumulating reputation?? In the end, wouldn't it make more sense to just create new gig and disable old ones? How does that help anyone, including clients and fiverr?
  13. Can I award the same project to more than one person or is there another way to get 2-3 working solutions from different people to see which one is the most effective and elegant solution?
  14. I am about to become level 2 seller in some time my brother also started fiverr now. He provides different services and i provide different. but we use same wifi. Will it affect our profiles ? Please tell me i really need help.
  15. My name is Larry Gantman and I am from Huntington Beach, California. I help people by proofreading and editing their business documents and I am looking forward to participating in this forum.
  16. Hi all! I am new to Fiverr and want to first thank you for taking the time to read this. I recently applied to be a seller on the platform, but my profile was denied when I attempted to post my first gig. I thought that my gig (proofreading and editing of research papers) fell within the Fiverr community standards due to the number of other sellers I saw offering similar services, but evidently it did not. I have seen that vetting quality could be an issue for getting a seller profile approved, but I am an engineer with a fair degree of technical writing experience and believe that I am qualified and capable of proofing and editing technical writing. In any case, I am here because Fiverr has been very vague regarding the rejection of my profile, and while I am aware that the cause could be any of a number of issues, I am a professional with valuable skills to offer in other more technical engineering fields. Is there a way for me to reapply to be a seller at some point? The email I received said that, "Unfortunately, this decision can’t be changed," but I don't think I understood well enough exactly what Fiverr is looking for in their sellers when I attempted to create my profile. I would like a chance to try again, but I am unsure if there is a way to do that. Any help would be greatly appreciated! 🙂
  17. Hi all, I am a new seller and waiting to receive an order from a buyer/client. But getting many spam messages instead. As a new seller I have been waiting for a new proper client message but it’s been annoying to get spam messages. How long will it take for a client to approach us? Would we really get any clients for the wait? Please advice. Thank you, Nisha.
  18. Setting Gig prices on Fiverr is about balance. Buyers want to feel that they’re receiving value for their investment; Sellers want to feel that they’re being paid fairly for their work. Consider how Buyers look at your Gigs, and then consider the tools Fiverr has created to allow you to create a Gig that both sells and expands your earning opportunities. PACKAGES Most Fiverr Gigs allow for the creation of tiered “packages.” Essentially, these are variations on your basic Gig, increasing service levels and adjusting costs accordingly. For example, a writer might offer three packages offering documents of varying lengths—one for 500 words, another for 1000 words, and yet another for 2000 words, clear choices to fit the Buyer’s specific needs. Your packages might reflect other factors: a voice-over recording artist might offer something similar in the recorded length. One tier might offer a 30-second recording, another a 2-minute recording, and yet another recording an entire chapter of an audiobook. Pricing reflects both added value for the Buyer while respecting the value of the Seller’s service. EXTRAS Most Gigs also offer extras, allowing Buyers to customize your Gig to their needs by purchasing options to create precisely what they need. For example, one popular option is rush delivery in just one day. You may have set standard delivery for three days, but offering the option of paying a reasonable premium—and having that job delivered sooner is often appealing to entrepreneurs anxious to get a job done. Extras can represent all sorts of options, including additional research, added features, or supplementary rights. For example, artists offer a variety of rights allowing usage across specific media, and a visual artist might include extras offering editable source files. By offering added-cost extras, you can keep the cost of your basic packages low. As a result, Buyers will perceive your Gig as a good value but often spend more than the basic price. Extras offer an opportunity for the Buyer and potential for your income. RAISE YOUR PRICE! Finally, remember setting a price for your Gig, packages, and extras isn't a “set it and forget it” task. As you gain positive reviews, revisit your pricing periodically. Keep an eye on your competition, and don’t hesitate increasing your price as your experience and ratings grow. You’ve earned it! A good practice is to create a personal milestone to increase your package price by $5 once you reach 50 reviews and another $5 when you earn 100 reviews. Remember, your ratings and reputation on the site also signal to the Buyer that you’re a worthwhile investment. Raising your prices over time is vital to establish your value and legitimacy and to drive your growth. Some Buyers may be concerned that raising prices might slow sales, but perception is everything. Modest incremental increases (as opposed to suddenly doubling the price of a successful Gig) are in your best interest and will increase the perception and trust of potential Buyers. And remember, you can change pricing anytime—up or down—depending on market conditions. Want to read more? 19. Hi there, so I have been selling on fiverr for the past 3 years as top seller and I had regular clients and orders that I was able to make a living with that. I sensed a slow down during 2023 but as soon as we entered 2024 suddenly briefs and clients are cut. I know there might be many reasons for this, like the usage of AI, bad economy etc etc. But what I know is I deliver a good service that I had always repeated buyers. One thing got my attention I checked the last seens of all my clients or messages all was from decades ago which got me thinking Fİverr is actually lost some buyers and market became too saturated. The AI "artists" also reduced the market pricing I guess. So I know there might be many reasons but do you experience the similar thing or is it just me?
  20. TRS is abbreviation of TOP RATED SELLER. its top lever of selling seniority starting from new seller, level 1 , level 2 and finally top rater seller or a TRS. i wish you good luck in becoming a TRS here at fiverr. Happy Freelancing
  21. Yeah, they work for me but nothing's perfect. I try to keep elements within an invisible border so they show up on all devices, but you never know when Fiverr might change the aspect ratio in one place but not in others. No, you won’t “lose points” with the algorithm for editing your gig. If the edit improves your gig, you might even gain some points. Changing images/videos might take your gig out of rotation for a bit (minutes to hours at worst in my experience) but I’ve never had that happen to me, and I edit my gigs often. Most of those myths—like always stay online, don’t edit your gig, delete the gig and start over—come from people who haven’t had much success on Fiverr because they underperform, so they make up excuses and reasons why their terrible gigs, offering the same thing as 40,000 other sellers, aren’t at the top of page one. The keys to success on Fiverr, in my experience after a decade on the platform, many of those years as a Fiverr Pro and Top Rated seller, are: Be skilled at what you do Don’t claim to be skilled at something you’re not Remember that you're acting as both support and a pro for hire Always deliver on time Under-promise and over-deliver Make sure you know and understand what the buyer needs before beginning the work. Ask questions. Be detailed and specific in your gig description, FAQs and custom offers, so the buyers know what they're getting. Avoid negative surprises when you can Make the process simple for your buyers Keep buyers informed about progress and respond quickly to any concerns or questions Deliver top-quality work Under-promise and over-deliver Gradually increase your rates as you rise the ranks (but never start at the bottom, so don't charge 5 bucks) Don't offer unlimited revisions. Read and understand the terms and community guidelines before you do anything. Re-read them often. That’s really the core of it in my experience. There's more to it than that, of course, like having something to offer that people actually wanna buy, but if you follow that list you should be on the right path.
  22. How can we benefit from Seller Plus and Promoted Gigs?

  24. In a recent forum post here, we discussed the importance of adding a seller intro video to your profile. Beyond this, you may also want to consider adding videos to each of your gigs. Adding a gig video is an excellent way to showcase your individuality and stand out in the marketplace. Rather than relying on static gig images, a video allows you to effectively present what you offer in a captivating way. When making your video, keep these few things in mind. First, it’s important to note that if you upload a gig video, it will override any gig images you have. This means that the video will be your primary chance to make a stellar first impression and engage potential buyers. Your video should be high-quality, clear, and free from any background noise. Uploading a subpar video can adversely impact buyers' perception of you as this will be their first impression. Also, consider the length of your video, as videos can only be up to 75 seconds. Keep it concise and brief, using the time to introduce yourself, describe your service, and outline the buyer's expectations. Thorough, short, and attention-grabbing videos will keep your buyers attention and can push them to the next step. With this in mind, make sure to also include a call to action to encourage buyers to reach out. In addition, we recommend always having some sort of audio in your gig video. This helps it to be more compelling. If your video contains narration, opt for using your voice instead of computerized narration to add a personal touch. Finally, when you upload your gig video, make sure to always include a thumbnail. This step is important to remember because your video will pop up as the Gig Cover Image when buyers search in the marketplace. In conclusion, if you're seeking a way to distinguish yourself in the marketplace, incorporating a video into your gigs is an excellent starting point. Just follow these simple steps, blend them with your creativity and expertise, and you'll craft a captivating gig video in no time. 25. So here's the scenario, a buyer of mine placed an order about 2 years ago, I delivered it to him and he had some revisions he wanted to be done in the delivery, he said that he would send it in the form of a document, October 2023 now, he has not sent the document nor any other info. I messaged him during the time asking for updates but he never responded. Now, this year, he did get online after instantly going offline but he didn't reply to any of my messages. I am afraid of canceling the order because of one primary reason: I am a level two seller right now with already very low traffic for some reason, even though I complete 2 or 3 orders every month or so without a single later delivery in the past few months. Again, the order frequency is not amazing but I make software from scratch with programming, including cloud-based web apps and mobile apps. My projects are usually divided into multiple milestones and they do take a while. This has been my order frequency forever, the highest number of projects I ever completed in a month was 6. The point is, that this is not a frequency that is off from my normal one. If I cancel this order at this point in time, my traffic will get even lower than it is right now, with no way for me to get back to my current level without doing more than the normal amount of projects, and my Fiverr account may end up dead. The reason I am asking this question is due to the fact that my order completion rate has been 100% in the past 60 days, and I have 0 late deliveries in the past 60 days, alongside a clean record in following the Fiverr policies. I just don't see any reason for my account to suddenly go dead considering a normal order frequency. Currently, my only remaining suspicion is that this one order sitting in there for almost 2 years is slowly getting my points in the algorithm low due to it not being delivered in a long time. Does anyone have an idea if this could be the case? Does the Fiverr algorithm count projects that have been marked as late long ago and not been delivered?
