  1. If You Use Auto Refresh Plus On Fiverr Account, Will There Be Any Problem In The Account?And If There Is No Problem, The Minimum Number Of Hours Can Be Kept On

  3. Only need to use Auto Refresh on Fiverr for 5 hours. And if Auto Refresh should be used and what should be done if using, I want advice from experienced sellers.
  4. Do you want him to get his account banned? Auto-refresh extensions/tools are not allowed on Fiverr. Avoid it. Why do you want to stay active all the time? Are you trying to become a Robot? Don't do that.. Just get online whenever you need to do something on Fiverr i.e. responds to buyer's inquiries/messages, gig optimization, orders etc. Staying active all the time won't help you with anything else.
  5. Did you copy/paste the title into the field? If yes, try to refresh the page and type it manually. If no, try copy/pasting it. You can also try a different browser, just to make sure it's not a bug there.

  17. You need a good Internet connection that does not have interruptions. Use a good browser like Brave browser or Yandex browser. Do not refresh the page while it is loading. I am sure you should be able to load the page this time.

  21. On PC, it should all be on one page. Having a page refresh for each question is unnecessary. Business people don't have time for a grand tour review of each question.

  23. My question is I can't always just refresh my gig and look after it as it gets tiresome after some time. So, how does fiverr actually detects whether I am active or not? I mean what is the algorithm or what is the requirement? Do they track my mouse movement or keystrokes? Or does just refreshing the tab also counts as being active on the platform itself?
  24. The rules are at the top of every forum page. I'm sorry to hear you're going through this, but Fiverr Staff are rarely on the forums. We on the forums only have your half of the story, which is why naming other users isn't permitted, as they have no way to defend themselves. On-topic: If 'database' wasn't a part of the original Order contract when you ordered from the Seller, then it's perfectly in the Seller's rights to request payment. (That said, if the Seller is requesting payment outside of the Fiverr platform, yes that is a ToS violation.) If the Seller is requesting an unusually high amount, then... yeah, there's a major problem. Fiverr cannot force the Seller to give what it doesn't have access to. The only other approach I can think of that you can take is that the Seller failed to deliver the original product, since they've rescinded your access. The problem is that the order was 'completed' a year ago, and might not be eligible for cancelation. (See the Terms of Service section 5.1, and Payment Terms section 6.) As for changing your review on the Seller... I'm not sure. the ToS section 5.3 and the linked Help Center page aren't much help, I'll agree, unless there is, quote, "a clear terms of service violation". About the only other thing I can caution in regards to Customer Support is to NOT open multiple tickets. They really don't like that. You could try to politely request they escalate the issue. --- I know you're out of posts for today, they should refresh in 24 hours.
  25. Though it wouldn't really need to be constant. It might be a bit different now but this is what CS said 5 years ago: So based on that the refresh could be just once every 25 mins and in theory it should always show the person online. But it still might be against the TOS. But some Fiverr staff (including one from CS and one who posted on some site like Facebook or maybe Twitter) have also said it's allowed to use refresh extensions (with one saying as long as they respond to messages quickly).
