  1. After flagging my account i have talked fiverr and they claim that my account was flagged due to Connection with ban account and yes i created my younger brother account from my own laptop. But by the help of fiverr team we have delete my younger brother account from the system. Now when i asked them to remove Flagged warning they are saying my account was flagged due to location inconsistency???? Pakistan Has faced some social account ban in Elections days and we Used vpn to access our accounts For clients works. Please fiverr team look into my Problem and solve this. Thank you.
  2. Fiverr, As a client, when posting a comment in an image submitted by the freelancer, it seems there's a bot sending a message on the mobile app impersonating me saying "Hi, I've left comments in 1 file. Head to your desktop to view them.". A lot of people don't know what that means and don't realize it's a bot and leads to wasted time messaging to explain. In any case, I don't want a bot to ever impersonate me. Please remove this. Because of it, I'll certainly not be using the image comment feature.
  3. I dont know what is wrong with fiverr these days. They flagged my account due to location inconsistencies. I never left my country in my whole life for Christ's sake. I don't use a vpn. I didn't get a warning and its their final decision. They decided this without even asking me! A freelancer who works on their platform! Please fix this thing asap. I am a top rated plus on upwork the last 6 years. Never had any issue. I dont know how to explain this to my clients.
  4. I recently got a warning on my account. I have searched a lot, and I think Fiverr has increased the time of warning period to 90 days, which was originally 30 days. I have a lot of questions 1. What should I do now? Should I stop using Fiverr for 90 days, or what should I do because I don't want my account to be banned? 2. What effect will this have on my profile ranking? 3. I have read all the terms and conditions, and I want to have some tips on how to tackle this situation. 4. Will I be promoted after 90 days or whatever period is passed if I have all the requirements for the next level fulfilled? Kindly Reply , It would be highly appreciated if someone expert in this matter also gave some suggestion or anybody from Fiverr team.
  5. You have no severe penalties. There is one warning about spam, it looks like you contacted a buyer directly and offered your services.
  6. This is a problem with Fiverr. They can harm your freelancing career suddenly. It would be better if they give a warning and review system instead of banning you without explaining why.
  7. Here's the thing. For new seller, you can publish upto 4 gigs. If you push the '+' icon to create a new gig. Fiverr automatically redirects you to the gig page. It is an indication for you to remove a gig and create a new one. Base don your problem, I think you have an unpublished/paused gig alongside with your previous 3 published gigs. Therefore, you have to remove one from your seller profile to create a new gig.
  8. As a new Seller on Fiverr, the idea of having a full inbox and a steady influx of orders is very exciting! However, the reality can quickly get overwhelming. Once your gigs start to gain some attention, you will notice a significant increase in business. You must learn how to manage Buyer demand and your personal availability, so you can give each order the necessary attention. Otherwise, you risk a drop in Buyer satisfaction, order cancellations, late deliveries, and negative reviews - all of which impact your business. Learning to manage your workload will also help you achieve a healthy work-life balance. Whether your freelance business is your main source of income or a side hustle, taking on too many orders at once can cause you to overwork yourself. Your mental health and well-being are critical to your personal and professional success. Managing Incoming Orders Although Fiverr Buyers can head to your Gig page and place an order without warning, there are still ways to manage incoming orders: 1. Extend turnaround times Offering quick turnaround times is a great way to increase the value of your services. However, if you are struggling to deliver on time, you may submit work that is not up to your standards. Go into your Gig settings and extend each timer by one day to better set expectations and give yourself a time buffer. You can always change it back once you learn to work faster and more efficiently. 2. Communicate honestly When communicating with prospective Buyers, be upfront and honest about your current workload. Let them know that you are very interested in working together and that you can deliver as soon as [X date]. It can be tempting to make exceptions for Buyers who are willing to pay more for extra-fast delivery, but it’s important to prioritize your mental health and orders that have already begun. It’s okay to let Buyers know that you are unable to fulfill their request right now and would be happy to help them out in the future. 3. Request an extension If a Buyer places an order before you have a chance to discuss your availability, you may request to extend the delivery date. When doing so, be sure to communicate that you value their business and want to give their order the attention it deserves. Most often, Buyers will appreciate the fact that you know your limits and will take the time you need to deliver a high-quality product. Managing Availability If the volume of orders is too high, and you’ve already followed the steps above to manage your workload, adjust your availability. Here are tips for taking advantage of the Set Availability feature: 1. Use it to catch up on orders If you need to take a break from answering new messages and receiving new orders, you can essentially pause your profile by setting yourself as Unavailable. If you have the capacity, you can choose to still accept messages from new Buyers and let them know that you aren’t accepting new orders at the moment, but you would be happy to get an order going with an extended delivery time. 2. Take some personal time It’s necessary to take time for yourself, your family, and other important things in your life! When you need to focus on things unrelated to work, set your profile to Unavailable for as much time as you need. Depending on how long you’re away, you may realize that your ranking might have changed once you are back, which is normal as your competitors may continue to complete orders and get buyer satisfaction responses while you are away. As you complete the orders your ranking can go back to where it was before. In addition to managing your incoming orders and availability, you can lean on others for support! If you frequently realize that you have more work than you can handle, it might be time to build a team that you can lean on. There are other excellent Sellers on Fiverr, such as virtual assistants or people in your industry, to whom you can delegate tasks. Want to read more? 9. Currently, where are your earnings? Local Bank or Fiverr Account? If Fiverr, then do you have a Payoneer Card? Secondly, please remove your other platform and Instagram details from your profile (in Unavailability section). Else your account will be in trouble i.e. account suspension due to sharing personal details.
  10. Ask them with polite language and ask them the reason, and wait for their replay, do not bother them to opening the ticket again and again, one time they removed my gig and also gave me the reason, and I asked then with polite language and requested them, with in 24 hrs they recover my gig, almost I have completed around 10k order on that gig, but for some reason they remove it, and upon request, they recover it again...
  11. I got a warning to this regard and i don't understand it
  12. Remove the calendly link and then try it. Also, the statement that starts from "Let's connect over.... link": Remove it. Discuss your project with the buyer via Zoom feature only which is accessible via Order Page.
  13. There is no "secret sauce". Ingredients are obvious. It is obvious what Fiverr aiming for. Fiverr wants Faster and sustainable income. Like every other companies. That literally means Sellers should: Deliver faster, (Like as before) Avoid cancellations (Like as before) Absorb more customers; which literally means better communication and engagements (which might be new in the new evaluation system using AI, via monitoring chats), Good reviews (Like as before) Good feedback on Private questions(Like as before) They might want to get rid of slow income services like Animation and Motion graphics. Not sure. They might think like, Okay, every category will have it's inherent competition, so It will be ranked according to the category characteristics, and for that, they will be using AI again. But I am not sure if it works correctly and there will be some bleeding in the new system. It will effectively help to get rid of scammers though. They still will have the "newcommers" support, because they will not be able to remove that unspoken rule.
  14. Hello fiverr team i am new here, You are doing a very good job. My account has been flagged due to location inconsistency or connected with another account which was disabled by fiverr. i created my younger brother account in the same laptop that i was using for my account but my brother profiles was not approved. may be this could be the reason for my account being flagged. i am full time freelance on fiverr and fiverr is everything for me. now a days i am very sad not getting any order even all gigs are disappeared form search. the mistake i did was not aware about that. kindly my request is look in to my account and removed this warning if possible, i will be very careful for next time. thanks is there any chance of removal of this flagged warning in future?
  15. If I start mentioning every bug, the list will probably never end but I will try my best to name some. And I am aware that I am posting this in the 'Lounge' and not the 'Feedback' category because I have no hopes that Fiverr will even look at these issues and try to solve them. Some bugs have been there for more than 3 years, but still no resolution -- so, cough cough, no words to say anything. 1. Data of Promoted Gigs not updating: That's a different story as to how 80% of clicks through promoted gigs are just spam but today, my promoted gigs have stopped updating the data. For the past 9 hours, the same data has been visible and it's not updating. So, I have no clue how much I am spending, and due to the fear of getting a long bill of 1 million dollars (lmao, can't trust that I don't see a bug with billing), I have stopped promoting gigs until this issue is fixed. 2. I wrote a ticket to customer support to take a look at this issue of not updating Promoted gigs data -- and after a few minutes, I received this super-cute reply: just a single letter "s". And the best part is that on the Help Center website, there is no response visible at all, like nobody replied to my ticket. Bruh, what the hell is going on with Fiverr? I have no clue whether someone has replied, not replied, or just replied with this spam (spam from customer support, wow). 3. Whenever we keep our Fiverr app running in the background and open it again, this is what iPhone users see: nothing much but just a heart attack that they are banned from the platform. So, if you're owning an iPhone, good luck my friend, and don't forget to clear the app from 'Recent apps' every time. Apple was so proud that their phones don't lag even when you keep running multiple apps in the background that they didn't even release a 'close all' button -- but now, keep playing with this closing and opening game. And yes, my Fiverr app is fully updated, so please do not suggest updating the app. Not just me, but many iPhone users are facing this bug. 4. The new level system was launched on February 14 (the day of love) for all sellers, but if you go to your Analytics tab, you will see this message. Don't tell me that a billion-dollar company has a shortage of website developers that they do not even have time for 20 seconds to delete a few lines of code and remove this message from here. Bruh, if your website developers do not have time, then why don't you just go ahead and hire a $5 gig from your own platform so that someone else can remove it. It's been almost two months! Please do something and don't ruin the 'User experience'! 🙂🙂 5. No profile picture in order history for specific clients: I get it that it's not a big deal, but this bug has been there for the past ~3 years (since I joined the platform). Ever heard of 'User Experience'? And not to mention how hard it is to navigate/search the orders from the history. Can't you just give a 'notes' headline instead of just showing the repetitive gig name? That gig name means nothing to me and does not help in finding any order from the history. 6. Deliveries auto-changing the messages: No matter what you write in the delivery message box, after entering it, it will just change to a completely random text. I think this was fixed yesterday, but still, I would LOVE to count it in my list. Imagine how many sellers & buyers suffered from the headache and confusion due to this. Read more about this bug here: 7. Just now, someone posted that a buyer managed to bypass the 'Request to Order'. I hope that Fiverr is not launching a new tier: "Seller Plus: Double Premium," which ensures that you won't face bugs in RTO. Read about this here: 8. Lots and lots of bugs in custom offers that we faced last to last week. Custom offers were auto-expiring, there was no option of gig extras, and so on. Can't even mention all those countless bugs with custom offers. 9. The 'Online' and 'Last Seen' feature is completely bugged in the inbox. This bug has been there for the past 2-3 years at least (or maybe more), and imagine the awesome feeling of texting with the client and still, it shows you that the client was last seen 3 hours ago, lmao! 10. And countless more bugs (that are currently fixed but sometimes occur) --- such as wrong order queue number, notifications not working, and so on.
  16. Hello, More than 1 years i work on fiverr today i receive and email and notification from fiverr and they said i sell inappropriate service in fiverr which is not categories. I am a content creator so i sell my service and my gig title is "i will create a funny happy birthday wishing video for memories " and many seller doing this and sell this service this is the 4th time Fiverr remove my gig and i contact with support but they Don't give me any solution and replay with the same thing. So what should i do now for this? Anyone’s please help me to out this truma ( you know that 1 research full gig is one kind of gold)
  17. Hi too. It's a scam. Reply to the message with the "Hi" and then report it (spam)/block. If anyone asks for your personal contact details + telegram + QR etc., report them immediately as sharing personal details on Fiverr is strictly prohibited else you will get a warning (account suspension).
  18. Why would you think that if your account was closed due to violating the rules, any platform would allow you to create a new account? There would be no reason to flag accounts and remove them, if people can easily create a new one. I suggest you read what Lena had to say.
  19. I agree that non-performing gigs should be removed, but it is very important to discuss carefully what criteria can be categorized as "non-performing". For example, let's say we use the number of orders as a parameter, which means Fiverr will remove a gig if the order is zero (0). The big question is how to implement it? how to be fair? Will we apply the same conditions to all sellers regardless of account age and seller level? I see some problems with that. - We all know that new accounts have difficulty getting first orders because they have to compete with old accounts that already have lots of reviews and are at a higher level. Is it fair if their gig is removed because the buyer prefers a seller who has a better reputation? Does that mean Fiverr doesn't give new accounts a chance? - Even for old accounts, this implementation is not easy. I've been on Fiverr since 2016, I was a top seller, then dropped to level 2, level 1, and even no level, simply because the market for the gig I was offering was sluggish. Once I went 4 months without getting a single order, is it fair to remove my gig in that situation? Is it necessary to specify a minimum time in the non-performing gig removal rules? - The main uniqueness and advantage of Fiverr is the availability of various services, ranging from graphic designers, making happy birthday videos, to tarot fortune telling services. But each type of service has a different supply, demand, turnaround time, spec, price, etc. Removing the gig just because demand is low will only eliminate the uniqueness of Fiverr itself. On the other hand, I agree that one of the parameters is the quality and whether or not an order is delivered. I think it's quite simple, if the number of failed deliveries is greater than successful ones, or if the average seller rating is below 2 or 3 stars, the gig should be removed. One problem I see with this implementation is only if problematic buyers deliberately give bad reviews, but I think that problem can also be solved by asking the Fiverr team to review that particular review.
  20. Hello everyone i got my account flagged after new update and fiverr team told me reason that was location inconsistency and connected with any ban account. so then i remembered that i created my younger brother account on my laptop in same category and that account was not approved by fiverr and gigs was removed. so now i am touch with fiverr team to remove that account. i have provided them all information they needed from me. and i hope they will remove that my younger brother account from their system. actually i think this was the reason of my account being flagged account. what do you think seniors? and will they removed my flagged after removing my brother account from the system because i have only one active account just one. Thank you
  21. yes i am contact with them. i hope they are trying to remove my younger brother account. so once they done i can appeal them to remove the flagged
  22. As I already said, I am top rated plus on upwork the last 6 years. I singed up on both platforms but fiverr wasnt working till a year ago. Upwork has real support, not some generic messages. You understand why I do this. I dont care about fiverr or the money I make here. Their behaviour is unacceptable and disrespectful. Do you think that support is free? We are paying for the support. I paid to get this scary generic violation email. Without any warning or any human being being able to reply. No platform is perfect. But these guys are a joke.
  23. I've now received two "Feedback Boosting Violation" Warning even though I neither 'made anyone buy my gig & leave my desired feedback on it' nor did I ever 'asked my clients to leave a 5-Star Review' ... for the 1st warning, I had asked a customer representative but he left me confused over the fact that I cannot receive any additional details on which order triggered the warning. If one of my reviews was not from a legitimate sale, please let me know which one it was. I can provide proof of my work for every order I have ever completed here on Fiverr. Thank you!
  24. Another seller copied my gig without taking any action, but instead deleted my gig Now fiverr is not reapplying properly, and my gig is not recovering I want to know from the experts, what can I do to get my gig back
  25. if they told it helps, it will surely help. no doubt but its a mixup , success score is an aggregate of overall stuff including low performing and the great ones, but now the concern is when you will remove low performing gigs may be those will have better private reviews when those will be removed then it can worse your aggregate score rate even, so its a mix up , it will be beneficial in long run , if your low performing gigs can be replaced with market leader gigs and those have greater overall stuff so it could be better. its my opinion.
