  1. Hi, I am a "programmer" (I use the term loosely, because what I really do is write automation scripts), and I am currently juggling 2 projects, 2 repeat customers that are looking for new offers from me, as well as several potential customers. The problem is that the Fiverr messaging system alone is a terrible way to try and mange projects. I can't even search message content, which means I leave money on the table when I can't go back to find clients who requested things in the past that were not possible then, but now thanks to AI, they are possible. So I'd like to suggest, for an added fee, you integrate something like Monday.com into your product, which will allow us to track ongoing and past projects in such a way that it makes us more efficient and helps us make Fiverr more money. If you can't or won't integrate more project management tools into your platform, can you at least make messages SEARCHABLE, you know, like how I was able to search for messages in email back in the 90's! Thanks! Chris
  2. Integrating a project management tool like Monday.com sounds like a game-changer. Having a centralized hub to track projects, communicate with clients, and search through past conversations would make life so much easier. It's all about efficiency, right? And I hear you on the searchable messages front. It's mind-boggling that in this day and age, we're still stuck with an archaic system that doesn't let us easily find what we need. It's like trying to find a needle in a haystack, except the haystack is on fire and the needle is invisible. And if you're ever looking to streamline your backend processes, definitely check out Xano Backend. It's like magic for no code database. It's not just about making our lives easier; it's about helping us deliver better results for our clients and ultimately making more money for everyone involved.
  3. That sounds like a really tough situation. Dealing with blackmail is never easy, especially when it involves misunderstandings. It's good that you reached out to Fiverr support for help. They should be able to guide you on how to handle the situation and minimize any negative effects from the cancelled order. I also found some tips online on how to deal with online blackmail. If you haven't already, try to keep communication with the other party professional and avoid any confrontations. Remember, your reputation on platforms like Fiverr is important, so it's best to handle these situations calmly and professionally.
  4. How do I have such a low seller Success Score? I am among the best-selling sellers on this site, with thousands of buyers (in 94+ countries), mathematically great reviews, more all-time revenue than most sellers, and otherwise fantastic metrics.... except -- for unclear reasons -- a low success score. I have dealt with some terrible buyers (most that were incapable of being satistifed -- the kind of buyer we all try to avoid), as we all have, yet, despite being a successful seller -- for a decade on this site (since 2014) -- my newly-imposed low success score means that I -- as it stands right now -- may no longer be able to sell my popular service(s) here. I don't see how I can "improve" from this low success score, and big-gig-weighted "strong negative impact" seller satisfaction metric (and certainly not in one month!). Out of all of my many completed gig sales, within the past two years alone, I have only had three 1-2 star reviews. That's well above average for my gig category(s), and easily outweighed by my many other great reviews. I work hard to please my clients. I always have. That's part of my branded reputation. That's why my clients hire me. So, who the heck has secretly reviewed me so low as to put me into "strong negative impact", low seller Success Score territory? "Show me my accusers". Why am I being penalized for metrics that I cannot/could not control? The new system sees only numbers and metrics, without taking into consideration the true reasons for those metrics. I am not a bad seller. In fact, I am well-respected on the site, as well as here on the forums. People know me. Forum users know me (all too well, in fact). I've influenced hundreds of big business brands.... I've created artwork, logos, and other business elements for celebrities, notable hotel chains, government officials (some running for election at the time), entertainers, a notable Country Music singer, new inventions (some that are already on the market), even an astronaut! Heck, I was even so trusted by Fiverr as to serve as a forum moderator for a while (years ago)! I've worked hard, over the years, to EARN my strong, positive reputation. So why are blanket uncontrollable metrics waiting to kill me, as a seller, here on Fiverr? Surely this new Fiverr system can do a better job of quantifying the value of its greatest assets -- proven, successful, respected sellers like myself (and others). I don't want to stop being a great seller, here, on Fiverr, yet, for some reason, this new system thinks that I should. Where's the fairness, or respect, in that? ---------------------------------------------------------- (NOTE: I am not trying to start arguments, just expressing my valuable thoughts and concerns)
  5. i have been creating forex account management gig and they have been denying the gig, why others are still on fiverr rendering the gig to people, please what can i do or how can i write the gig so it wont be denied again...
  6. I direct my buyers directly to other sellers by sharing the seller's link with my buyer. If my buyer really want to work through me, even after I share the other freelancer's link and prices, then I charge a project management fee that covers for the time and liability I take on to ensure the quality of all of the work the buyer needs including what I may do for the buyer. For example, I might do the writing and curriculum alignment while other sellers may do data entry or voiceovers.
  7. Hello, my name is Kaue, I'm an image retoucher, I've only been on Fiverr for a short time, but I've been putting together a portfolio for a long time and thinking about how I'm going to set up my gigs until then that I decided to do it and go deep into getting jobs here. I don't know, I have the impression that it was good here at one time or only those with a good reputation get good buyers, have any of you noticed this? Even so, I decided to continue I received my first message, wow!!! a boom of joy, until I read the message and it was something like - wow, your gig is everything we need, we were looking for someone like you, please contact me on this - social network - "Mr. Spam" A bucket of cold water, ok, I reported it and block In the middle of the night I woke up Mr. Spam 2 now, I reported it and block, and so I believe that up to the 12th user, sometimes they changed the way they wrote, giving space in the name "s o c i a l M e d i a" sometimes they sent a photo with the name of the network profile written in the worst handwriting, and so it was. Today I received a new one from a user @ anything that I tapped on the keyboard, with the Fiverr profile logo, saying that my account was suspended and that I would have to send him my email to do a simple verification. Hahahaha.. on the one hand it's funny, but on the other hand the real reason for being here is completely obsolete, partly because of spam and partly because Fiverr doesn't have many criteria for those who create a new group and become co-participants in this spam. I believe I should stay a little longer, maybe I'll see the part of the work that I really want. Thank you and good work everyone!
  8. Hope my fiver fellas are safe and well.

Celebrating My 400th Order Milestone on Fiverr – A Journey Worth Sharing! ??

Today, I am absolutely thrilled to share a significant milestone in my Fiverr journey – completing my 400th order!

When I first joined Fiverr, I could hardly have imagined reaching such an amazing milestone. The journey has been nothing short of incredible, filled with challenges, growth, and countless learning experiences.

As I continued to deliver quality work, I noticed a steady increase in returning clients and positive reviews. Building a strong reputation on Fiverr isn't just about completing orders; it's about exceeding expectations, maintaining professionalism, and fostering client relationships.

  9. Hello, 2 days ago someone "accidently" bought from me and wanted to have a refund (He/she said they wanted to wait until I got better options before). A few minutes later the person asked if we could do .. instead and do the other thing they wanted later (without paying again of course). Then they wanted a refund again which I accepted (the person was literally asking every 2 minutes if Im there and stuff, so I reported them which actually worked). I thought everything would be good now (besides the fact that my success score went down) but they messaged me with another account stating that the old account has been banned. I blocked them immediately because I dont want to deal with customers like that. Once I blocked them they created more and more accounts (I blocked every account that messaged me because they were all the same country, created in april and asked nearly the same question). I already contacted fiverr support once they made new accounts but they didnt reply yet. Today everything was quiet until I got a order from the person when I wasnt online. Now I dont know what I should do, I updated the support ticket so fiverr knows whats going on. I cant block them because they bought already. I also dont want to deliver the order because I dont want a bad review. As well as I dont want to cancel the order because 1. They wouldnt accept it 2. They would keep creating new accounts and 3. It would increase my cancelation rate dramatically. Does someone have any advise to handle with that? I also only got 2 days left until its marked as late, I hope they support answered my ticket until then. I think they created around 8 alternative accounts now. I will also put a screenshot of their accounts under that post. I really dont know what to do. If someone has an advise than please let me know, Thanks!

  12. Hi Fiverr Community, I hope you're doing well. I'm reaching out because my Fiverr account has been flagged recently, and I'm really concerned. I got a notification about it, and honestly, I'm surprised. I haven't changed my location or done anything against Fiverr's rules. I think there might be a mistake. Could you please help me check my account thoroughly? I really want to keep a good reputation on Fiverr, and I always follow the rules. If there's anything specific you need from me, just let me know. I'm happy to provide whatever information you require. Thanks a lot for your help in keeping my Fiverr account running smoothly.
  13. As a new seller on Fiverr, it's common to face challenges getting orders initially. To kickstart your journey, focus on optimizing your gig titles, descriptions, and tags with relevant keywords, showcasing your skills and expertise. Additionally, consider offering introductory discounts or promotions to attract potential buyers. Building a strong portfolio by completing a few projects at competitive prices can also help establish credibility and attract more orders. Don't hesitate to reach out to the Fiverr community for advice and support, and remember to stay patient and persistent as you build your reputation and clientele. Good luck!
  14. When selecting an e-commerce platform, it's essential to consider factors such as ease of use, features, scalability, cost, integration, and security. Look for a platform that is intuitive for both you and your customers, offers essential features like payment gateways and inventory management, and can grow with your business. Assess the pricing plans and fees associated with each platform, and ensure it integrates well with your existing tools and services. Security is also critical, so opt for a platform that prioritizes data protection. Your colleague's article on the best e-commerce platforms for small businesses sounds intriguing and could offer valuable insights into making the right choice.
  15. I'm a novelist and quite active in multiple writers' groups online. These are people who regularly spend hundreds or thousands of dollars on each book: editing, proofreading, cover design, marketing, etc. They primarily use freelancers for these services. (I do, too.) Every single time someone mentions Fiverr, the majority of people commenting emphatically say "No! Stay away!" Why? Scammers, copyright infringement, people lying about their skills, using stolen assets, and now AI has taken a prominent role in the complaints. I realize this is just one market, but the shouting against Fiverr's reputation has been strong for years and is only getting stronger now that generative AI is taking over.
  16. If a client on Fiverr asks you to cancel an order after working on it for 9 days and then threatens to file a case against you, stay calm and professional. Review Fiverr's terms of service, document all communication, and seek support from Fiverr's customer service if needed. Prioritize your safety and reputation on the platform, and don't hesitate to decline future work if you feel uncomfortable.
  17. Setting Gig prices on Fiverr is about balance. Buyers want to feel that they’re receiving value for their investment; Sellers want to feel that they’re being paid fairly for their work. Consider how Buyers look at your Gigs, and then consider the tools Fiverr has created to allow you to create a Gig that both sells and expands your earning opportunities. PACKAGES Most Fiverr Gigs allow for the creation of tiered “packages.” Essentially, these are variations on your basic Gig, increasing service levels and adjusting costs accordingly. For example, a writer might offer three packages offering documents of varying lengths—one for 500 words, another for 1000 words, and yet another for 2000 words, clear choices to fit the Buyer’s specific needs. Your packages might reflect other factors: a voice-over recording artist might offer something similar in the recorded length. One tier might offer a 30-second recording, another a 2-minute recording, and yet another recording an entire chapter of an audiobook. Pricing reflects both added value for the Buyer while respecting the value of the Seller’s service. EXTRAS Most Gigs also offer extras, allowing Buyers to customize your Gig to their needs by purchasing options to create precisely what they need. For example, one popular option is rush delivery in just one day. You may have set standard delivery for three days, but offering the option of paying a reasonable premium—and having that job delivered sooner is often appealing to entrepreneurs anxious to get a job done. Extras can represent all sorts of options, including additional research, added features, or supplementary rights. For example, artists offer a variety of rights allowing usage across specific media, and a visual artist might include extras offering editable source files. By offering added-cost extras, you can keep the cost of your basic packages low. As a result, Buyers will perceive your Gig as a good value but often spend more than the basic price. Extras offer an opportunity for the Buyer and potential for your income. RAISE YOUR PRICE! Finally, remember setting a price for your Gig, packages, and extras isn't a “set it and forget it” task. As you gain positive reviews, revisit your pricing periodically. Keep an eye on your competition, and don’t hesitate increasing your price as your experience and ratings grow. You’ve earned it! A good practice is to create a personal milestone to increase your package price by $5 once you reach 50 reviews and another $5 when you earn 100 reviews. Remember, your ratings and reputation on the site also signal to the Buyer that you’re a worthwhile investment. Raising your prices over time is vital to establish your value and legitimacy and to drive your growth. Some Buyers may be concerned that raising prices might slow sales, but perception is everything. Modest incremental increases (as opposed to suddenly doubling the price of a successful Gig) are in your best interest and will increase the perception and trust of potential Buyers. And remember, you can change pricing anytime—up or down—depending on market conditions. Want to read more? 18. Today i wrote my goodbye message to the platform after 10 years working here so i think i am part of those sellers leaving as you mentioned in your post, honestly i do not know every seller's reason but for me, it was a bittersweet trip...I remember several of the changes that were made to the platform and the disagreements of the users, whether they were sellers or buyers when i started on the platform it was because i previously worked for a company where i no longer felt happy, I remember like it was yesterday how i was sitting on the stairs of my office crying, I reached a point where it was an intolerable situation. I was very happy having my freelance job, however, changes began and my happiness went down the drain. - No more cancellations: Why couldn't I cancel an order where I didn't feel comfortable, when the platform itself told us that not all work relationships could continue when a user was rude, or demanded more from me than I offered? Even though it is always a situation where we work and lost, sometimes it is better - No more visible ratings Having to rate someone with a 5 even if they were an undesirable person for fear of revenge - The seller can rate me even if it is refunded: Really? rating a job that wasn't even done or the money was returned seemed like a bad joke. (I remember discovering this new feature lying on a hospital bed about being in surgery and having to cancel, contacting customer support, and explaining the situation, the funny thing is that my surgery was a result of working for long periods) However, we overcame this and other changes. I even read a campaign that some will remember where it was mentioned that we sellers drank coffee and didn't sleep to work here...this was very inhuman, I think it even appeared in the news and they withdrew the campaign, i don't know who thought it would be a good idea... well, the truth is that i think the fiverr team suddenly meets to discuss ideas on how to ruin the platform more and more. From my side, i did everything i could and i was as professional as i could and tried to resist. I could tell endless stories i lived here, good and bad, but it reminded me of that day when i was sitting crying on the stairs at my previous job, and in the end, i no longer feel valued as before. - I am evaluated by an AI robot - Technical support just copy and paste pre-made answers - I have to trust hidden evaluations and a non-trusty environment - I do not receive clear messages about where i can improve, and even if i could, a single rate can ruin my reputation - I am no longer my boss, I am no longer a freelancer - Now this killer-level system just screws all those 10 years of hard-working, i barely receive impressions or clicks. All these years i believed the story that i had a rating of 5 and it was all a lie from one day to the next. Now to survive i have to pay my promoted gigs, a seller plus, and my taxes. and when i work on my numbers i have to work for 20% of what i sell and still place my happy face, It's not worth it to me anymore. Maybe the platform is now broken and they are doing their best to keep the boat afloat and i cannot blame them, who knows? Once i was on a platform that was no longer online and where bankrupt. Maybe they are getting rid of old sellers like me as i keep track of my competition and they are suffering the same. Still have my doubts because i see sellers having 600 orders on a 2-day delivery deadline, i guess nobody can deliver good quality work making 12 orders in 1 hour assuming they do not take any sleep. Maybe quantity is more important than quality for them. But still, i receive messages from the system like "you can improve the professionalism of work" on orders where i over-delivered, made more revisions than the original offer, was polite, responded on time, and still have no clue on what to improve. It is just a system where I have a fear of working every time i get an order, Maybe that is the reason other sellers block potential buyers, personally, i did this in the past instead of risking my job. I was very happy working here at some point and i have a lot more to do somewhere else, i want to make a lot of new happy customers. I still remember that day i was reached by fiverr to be in a contest where i won a prize when i was relevant to them. Working with fear is no longer an option for me, I even have my concerns writing this on the forum but i am done and i need to make decisions, maybe the platform wants sellers who can withstand everything without saying a single word, I'm not too quiet for them.
  19. Scammers. Cheated buyers won't return or trust Fiverr, hurting its reputation and AI empowerment claims.
  20. If you've received a warning from the fiverr community, here's what you need to know: Getting a warning may not directly impact your forum or seller profile, but repeated warnings could affect your standing on the platform. To address the issue, you should review the reason for the warning and take steps to avoid similar situations in the future. If you're unsure about the warning, you can reach out to fiverr support for clarification. Visibility of the Problem: Generally, warnings are private and won't be visible to other users. However, repeated violations or serious issues may affect your reputation on the platform. Remember to follow fiverr's community guidelines and terms of service to maintain a positive experience for yourself and other users. If you have any concerns or questions, don't hesitate to reach out to fiverr support for assistance.
  21. Hi, I hope this message finds you all well. I am writing to address an urgent matter regarding my Fiverr account. I need your advice and I want to know that what did I do wrong. Recently, after update I saw this message on my profile : "Your account has been flagged for a severe violation of Fiverr policies. As a result, you are not able to participate in the level system". After that when I contacted customer support, I got to know that it is either because of Location Inconsistency or Violation of Fiverr Terms and Services. This message has caused me great concern and I deeply regret any confusion or misunderstanding that has led to this unfortunate situation and I would like to provide some clarity on this that I received an automatic system warning almost 7 months ago due to a misunderstanding saying that I have violated the Fiverr terms and services after I delivered my first order #FO21C81245C08 to a legitimate Fiverr buyer whose who is an experienced buyer. I would like to clarify that it was a misunderstanding and I had not violated any Fiverr terms and services. You can check out my chat with the client. I tried to give him best customer experience as he was my very first client. That's why I offered that client to show him the work first and then deliver him the task. I am also attaching the screenshots of my complete chat with the buyer and the buyer's review which was good and the buyer was very happy with my customer service. Moreover, about the location inconsistency issue, I want to clarify more that I use my Fiverr account on two devices, one on my laptop and the other device is my mobile. So when I am not active on my laptop then I am active on my Fiverr mobile app and as you know sometimes people travel into other cities and IP automatically change during travelling. I genuinely apologize for any confusion. If someone from Fiverr Customer Team can please check this matter, I will always be very grateful. I have worked really hard on my account and have tried very hard to maintain 5 star rating on my account and I do my work with honesty and integrity and take my work seriously. I want to continue providing my services on Fiverr and maintain the positive reputation which I have built so far yet. So please un-flag my account because I have never violated any Fiverr terms and services as it will destroy my profile. I am willing to provide any needed information to resolve this issue. I request you that kindly check this matter again and take immediate and effective action as it seems to be a system fault; it is a significant issue that needs addressing. Thank you for your time and assistance.
  22. Customer service is everything. Being buyer-friendly on Fiverr requires more than just meeting and exceeding expectations. Message Management is just as essential to your account's growth. Responding quickly to inquiries from potential buyers and buyers with orders already in progress will directly impact your buyer satisfaction and, in turn, help you level up faster. Your dashboard includes two crucial indicators related to messaging: Inbox Response Rate and Order Response Rate. Inbox Response Rate tracks your response to the first message from a potential buyer. The quicker you reply, the more likely you will close the deal and sell your gig. The Inbox Response Rate tracks the percentage of first messages you answered within 24 hours over the last 60 days. Your percentage will decline if you don’t respond within 24 hours. Respond quickly, however, and buyers are far more likely to close the deal. Our stats show that sellers that respond to new inquiries within twelve hours triple their chances of closing a sale than those who respond after twelve hours. Buyers are looking to get their job done and won’t wait long. If they don’t hear from you, they will likely move on to a more responsive seller. Similarly, the Order Response Rate tracks your responsiveness to messages you receive from buyers associated with an active order, including order start messages, revision requests, and any contact the buyer may have along the way. It’s a good idea to initiate contact once the purchase is made with a simple “Thank you, I have everything that I need to start your order and I will reach out if I have any questions”. This goes a long way in demonstrating that you’re genuinely interested in the buyer and value their business. Also, remember that Fiverr offers several highly effective tools to help you manage your messages efficiently. Download the Fiverr App to receive notifications on new messages wherever you are. You can set up custom Quick Responses to reply when you have little time, assuring contact with the buyer and protecting your response rate. If you’re unavailable for an extended period, be sure to visit your profile page, where you can click on “Set Availability” and enter the time and details of your absence. Buyers visiting your gig or profile pages will see that you’re unavailable and have the opportunity to leave a message. Using this feature ensures that your Inbox Response Rate won’t be impacted. And Remember, you don’t need to respond directly to spam or inappropriate messages. Each message includes the ability to send a report to Fiverr.. Sending that report removes the message from your queue and the obligation to respond. The key to attracting and keeping customers on Fiverr isn’t a secret. Like every great relationship, buyers and sellers thrive on Great Communication. Want to read more? 23. To rank your gig on the first page, focus on these key steps: Keywords: in title, description & tags (research what buyers search for). Stand out: eye-catching thumbnail, competitive price, great service for positive reviews. Promote: share on Fiverr & relevant social media groups (don't spam). Stay active: update gig, respond quickly. It's a marathon, not a sprint. Keep optimizing, deliver value, and build your reputation!
  24. It's easy to bend forum rules to fit your needs when you're in charge. Even the staff members are posting copypasta from GPT without citing the source or acknowledging it's AI-generated, so they clearly have no issue with breaking their own rules. I have little trust in management's ability to apply the same standards to everyone. Mike, Emma, and I can be pretty snarky at times, I'll admit, but to my knowledge, they've never been banned for it until now. Yet just a few days after a staff member publicly "encourages" Emma to get in line with the AI rule of law on the forum, she gets banned. I don't believe for a second that it's just a coincidence.
