  1. Hi there, about 2 months I received a notice from Fiverr that my account was temporarily disabled for violating the terms of service. Specifically, for trying to conduct business outside the platform. I never tried once to do so. In fact, when I would receive the occasional message from potential buyers asking to work off the platform, I would very specifically say "That violates Fiverr's terms of service, I'm happy to work with you on Fiverr" every time. I received the attached email. What do I do from here? I have read through the terms of service and have not violated any of the terms, so this has to be an error? Am I just never allowed to sell on Fiverr again? All the messages I'm receiving just seem automated and I don't think a human has actually reviewed anything. This is all just very confusing to me, and I don't know if a glitch is happening with Fiverr's new rating system rollout? Any advice?
  2. Hello everyone, I want to share my story and some concerns I have. My name is Muhammad Iqbal, and I started using Fiverr in 2016 after finishing a course in graphic design. At first, I didn't get any orders, so I decided to improve my skills by taking more courses online and offline. Since I also studied software engineering, I really liked working in the UI/UX category. I got an internship with a company called The Nerd Camp, and after a few months, I got a job with a company called SMSAMI, where I worked for almost two years as UI UX Designer and where I got the title, "The Father of UI UX Design". Then, in December 2018, I decided to give Fiverr another try. Surprisingly, I started getting lots of orders, and within two months, I reached Level 1 and Level 2 status as a seller. I have achieved the top-rated status since 2021, and unexpectedly, Fiverr elevated my account to Level Two in June 2023 without any specific reason. I've always worked hard to make sure every order is perfect, and I've never received any negative feedback. With a 5-star rating, I've earned over $200,000 on Fiverr. This money has helped me support my family, buy a house, and even start my own team called Welldux, which focuses on UI/UX design. My goal is for Welldux to become a top UI/UX agency by the end of the year. I've always been loyal to Fiverr, and I've even convinced some of my offline clients to start using it. But about a year ago, my account started having problems. I tried everything to fix it, including upgrading to a Seller Plus account and getting help from a Success Manager, but nothing worked. Then, on April 18th, I got a shocking email saying that my account was disabled, some of my orders were canceled, and a meeting with a client was called off. Now, I have some questions for Fiverr: Is my eight-year career on Fiverr going to be ruined because of this? If there's any proof that I broke the rules, could you please show me? What should I do about the team I've built? Should I let them go? What about my regular clients who bring in $4,000 to $8,000 each month? Should I stop working with them on Fiverr? I'm waiting for your response and hoping for a solution to this problem

  4. I was in a perfectly lit environment with a decent quality shot of my photo id? Even then they kept failing my verification attempts due to "bad quality photos", like bro do you want me to whip out a 5000$ DSLR and a studio to take my photos in.
  5. What does the email say? Usually it says the reason why this happened. Normally, if the account is disabled, it will go through a dedicated team that checks it again. If it was a mistake, they restore it. But if they said in the email that the decision is final.. that might be final. At this point all you can do is wait for them to send a message.

I have been using Fiverr for 9 Month and I have always provided honest and accurate information about myself and my services. I have never used a fake profile photo or name, a stolen or copied gig description or image, multiple accounts or VPNs, or false or misleading information to Fiverr support or customers. I have always delivered high-quality work on time and within budget, and I have received positive feedback and ratings from my clients. I request that you please review my case and reconsider your decision to disable my account. I have worked hard to build my reputation and earn my money on Fiverr, and I do not want to lose everything because of a misunderstanding or a mistake. I value Fiverr as a platform and a community, and I hope to continue working with you. I recently created a Fiverr account and published three gigs. all are okay but three or four days before I publish a new gig it shows not appeared in search results yet and waiting for further review. and in the bellow, it shows contact support. Then I contacted support and the subject heading was: My new gig hasn't appeared in search results yet. Waiting for further review. body: Hi Fiverr Support Team, I'm writing to inquire about the visibility of my recently created gig "[do-photo-color-correction-or-color-change-of-any-product]". I am concerned because my last three gigs were published perfectly, but this gig shows it needs further review before publishing. I have already waited 72 hours and haven't seen it appear in search results. I'd appreciate any information you can share about the expected timeframe for its publication or provide any additional details. Thank you for your time and assistance. Sincerely, Mamunur Rashid Two three minutes later my account was disabled and they informed me via email. Is it finish everything? The account was disabled by the system not human. Could someone please explain to me what policy I violated?
  9. twenty days ago my Fiverr account was restricted due to ID verification failure. I told Fiverr due to camera issue I was unable to verify my ID, I requested them kindly give me one more chance so that I verify my ID using the new camera device. I also told them I had not violated any Fiverr TOS, I don't understand the Fiverr decision why my account restricted and temporarily disabled. It has been twenty days i requested many times please give me another chance so that I verify my ID and continue my Fiverr journey. fiver not giving me a chance yet.
  10. Hey guys i just got an email describing that my account was temporarily disabled because they couldn't verify my personal and business information. To my surprise i filled in everything when i created the account. So is there any who has ever encountered the same problem and got help restoring the account? Advice on that please..
  11. No that option of yours seems to be disabled/deactivated. Why don't you contact Fiverr Support regarding it? Also, check via Gig settings that you have activated Watermark option? Just a question it is.
  12. Fiverr doesn't disable someone account for no reason. Maybe your gig had a problem or something that caused the account to be disabled.
  13. Why do you need buyer's personal information? Don't you know that sharing personal information is actually a violation of TOS. You cannot share your personal details neither you can contact your buyer using their personal info. Avoid contacting them outside the Fiverr as well. Else, your account will be disabled.   14. I am a new Fiverr seller, my first earning from Fiverr has just been cleared, and I have added a PayPal account to my payout methods, but why can't I withdraw? Why am I getting this massage "You’ve successfully added a new payout method. To protect your account, withdrawals are disabled for the next 24 hours."? I have been waited for 14 days for the payment to be cleared. Why do I still have to wait for another 24 hours for withdrawal? This is frustrating.
  15. Hello everyone, In December 2022, my level 2 seller account was temporarily restricted after uploading my identification documents as prompted on the Fiverr website. I uploaded my national ID card as well as a selfie but it was rejected numerous times. Finally, I received an email saying my account had been temporarily restricted. I have been in touch with customer support for months, but no real help has been given. I've also attached my ID card numerous times as a reference. Please what can I do to get my account back? Any suggestion is highly valued 🙏

Dear Sir/Ma'am, Kindly note that Fiverr sent me an email saying that my information did not pass the verification with a message that reads as follows "We weren’t able to verify your personal and business information, therefore your account has been restricted. You are still able to complete any active orders and communicate with buyers or freelancers who are part of that order but cannot place or receive new ones. In addition, you will not be able to publish any Gigs." My profile is also prompting the message "Your account is temporarily disabled. Please check the email we sent you explaining what happened." I'm currently exempt from paying taxes in India under the 'TCS under GST' tax category as my annual wage is under 500000 INR and I'm also not registered for 'GST India' as I do not have a business mentioned in my PAN card. My account, freshauto1996, has been permanently disabled due to what Fiverr describes as a violation of their Community Standards related to "False Identity." I have been using this account for 6years and I have my photo as Display picture, all Gig are mine, I was asked to verify my identity this January when I uploaded my National ID Card and took a selfie and it was succesfull. The only was I was trying to change the email address on my account and also add a new payoneer account to my withdrawal after payoneer banned my previous account. I have not have any issues before now, my account has already due to be promoted to top rated seller but I was told the are still evaluating that. Your freelаnce service is temporarily unаble to accept new orders due to the new policy of our platform. To restore the service and see new оrders in your profile, please follow the instructions. We have sent you a QR code. Scan this QR code and complete a simple verification. You can scan it by opening the camera app and hovering over the QR code, or by using some online services. If you still have any problems, please contact us in this chat.' After following the steps by scanning the QR code, money has been continuously deducted from my bank account. When I inquired about it, I was assured that it would be refunded, but I haven't received any refund yet. Has this happened to you before? How can I get a refund?
  21. Hello, I've had a Fiverr account for several years, now I have decided to use it as a seller. I created my first gig and then asked for verification. I followed the instructions and suddenly my account was disabled, with the information that an email would be sent to me. There was no explanation in the email. I contacted support, but they didn't tell me any reasons why this happened. I asked them several times if there is anything I could do to have my account reinstated or if I was permanently blocked on Fiverr. They repeatedly responded the same, that support couldn't do anything and that the decision was final. Finally, they wrote to me that if I continued to ask, my ability to contact support would be disabled, which surprised me because I asked politely and just wanted to know if there was anything I could do to restore my account myself or if I shouldn't waste any more time on it.   22. Hello everyone. This is my first post on the community. I joined the fiverr platform in January 2019. So, I have been here for more than 4 years. during this time, I have seen many changes on the paltform. I did my best and followed all the rules of the platform. Due to my determination and consistency i reached level 2 on my account. I earned the level from my hard work and started using the different services offered as a result of the level. I had 2 promoted gigs where i bought regular monthly promortions from fiverr and I also purchased the fiverr Plus. Then Fiverr introduced the new account level system and i was very hopeful about it. Unfortunately, i found out that my account has been flagged. I contacted Fiverr support (seller plus included priority support which I did not get). They always sent copy paste messages to my queries. only thing useful was once i was told that my account has been flagged due to connection with banned account . What does that even mean?? I mean how can i know which account to contact , buyers approach my account themselves (or used to as i seem to have lost reach suddenly as the gigs stopped promoting). I asked them to give details but all my queries were automatically closed, also fiverr support said that if i contact them again they will clode the ticket as solved on their own. Here yoou can see one support staff telling me it was dues to location inconsistencies, (i am a student at a university so i may be connected on 2 networks one is my personal and other is the university network and i think fiverr should be able enough to get that ) After that above information again they changed story and i got further response : Here u can see that they now mention that i contacted some account that they disabled (I still am not able to see how any of that is my mistake as i may have been contacted by hundreds if not thousands of accounts over 4+ years) In the end what concerned me the most was this: Here you can see that they have denied future support completely. Still they invite me to bringing my regular customers to an account they won't restore so it will not benefit me at all. It must be noted that over the 4+ years i guided many of my fellows and friends and encouraged them to make fiverr accounts because i thought this was the best platform. My Question now is from the community, Is it still worth it? Should i just leave fiverr after all these years of consistency and loyalty? Should we start looking somehwere else and suggest the friends and followers to do so too? I tired my best but fiverr seems to be not interested at all. It must be understood that after 4 years my account level is now on new which makes no sense and gets no pings Here it can be clearly seen that i have been working on fiverr a lot by now. I have clean 5 start reviews as i always deliver on time and more than promised to keep my clients happy and returning (all seems to be in vain now).

  24. My account has been disabled for 90 days. After the duration of 90 days completed, I received an email from Fiverr. I opened an email then I click on "Signing an email" for withdraw but my withdraw option was disabled. I sent an email to customer support but no response. Please help me, I want my all payments. I have only 1 to 2 days left since I opened the "Signing an email" . I already waited 90 days. Please.
