Last time i cancelled the order a month ago and at that time my order completion rate was 93% since them i’ve completed 20 more orders but it’s still stucked at 93 do you know why any help would be appreciated
Because it looks at the orders in the last 60 days. Check the number of completed orders in the last 60 days and the number cancelled. That way you can determine your completion rate (%) and whether it’s accurate. If it’s not you can contact CS.
