I never got any complaint on direct order (outside fiverr)… The client always happy with my work. But i never even got any chance to get any order here

What should I fix?
I can rate myself but i can’t rate what other people think about my gigs.
Your photo retouch gig has a blank image which needs fixing.
This does not come across as professional and will put buyers off.
Attention to detail is very important.
Since this is a competitive market, you should try to build it proficiently and try to increase your sales
For that Create unique gig and create attractive gig images

Hi @wildsign, just looking at some of your gigs, you tend to use a lot of ‘buzzwords’. Things like:
I think the problem with these is that you may mean well, but to me these phrases are actually quite off-putting. What is 24/7 VIP support exactly? Is that realistic? Does it actually mean anything?
Anyone could promise these things but ultimately they probably come across as a bit cheesy and unconvincing.
I’d suggest focusing the gig description more around what you can actually offer. Looking at your logo designs, you are clearly a good designer. So, talk about that instead. What’s your background, how do you work, what are your specialisms, and what do you offer that’s different?

You need to remove the above (copied) from your gig description as that is against the Terms of Service at the bottom of the Fiverr main page.
Idk if other think it’s unrealistic… That’s what i do tho…
I’m treating all my customer as VIP, even if they are not my customer anymore.
I’m always online & answer anyone who got problem with design, specially on commission.
& if the customer doesn’t like the design i’ll send the money back…
& anyway the description is my friend suggestion (he already got lots of customer), i try to use these words.
It might sound cheesy, ty for suggestion…

Yes, I haven’t tried promoting it on fb … the thing is that the usually customer from fb do direct order & the person is the one who ordered it always the same. The price is also above the gigs. But I will try it later

Hi, i just visited your logo proposing gig. you are offering 3 logos, Source file/vector file, two concept, free 3d mockup, logo transparency, revisions, 24 hours delivery … all for only USD 5.
i think buyers have standard budget and they pick gigs those fit into their budget.

I’ve try put normal price but no order…
Then i put it on the minimum now, till i got some order.
I don’t wanna use alter account to boost my rating & order either because it’s against my policy.
I might put 2$-3$ too for simple photo retouch or logo but i can’t…
