150 mgs for Gig Delivery?

Does anyone know why I am not allowed to upload 136 mg files for delivery to buyers when the limit is supposed to be 150 mgs? Each time I try to upload a 136 mg video file, I get a “file too large” error report, and it confirms the file is only 136 mgs. I know I use dropbox, but why not just give me my 150 mgs.
