Oh sorry to hear that. Sometimes it’s good to look out for the red flag buyers…if you type it in the search here, you will find many tips on avoiding some (of course it’s hard since they place the orders themselves VS custom orders). I do wish there was a way to accept or decline orders! That would be SO beneficial to sellers.
