Ignorance of the TOS here is no excuse. When you signed up, there was a box to check that you actually READ and UNDERSTOOD what you were getting into - meaning the rules here. Most just check that box and never read the rules, then, do as you did, and spam people hoping it will “rank their Gig, get them an order” or whatever. As you found out, it will only get you a TOS warning.
