2 days, no reply from CS, anythig I can do?

Do CS reads forums?
I’m a kinda new seller, was doing great and suddenly 0 impressions on my gig, then I noticed when I was going to open a support ticket the following:

Looks like your Gig is active but needs further review from our side to appear in search results. Please contact us so we can check your Gig and help you out.

Did as they said but it’s been 2 days and no reply from CS, is there anything else I can do?

Any help is appreciated!

There’s a few mods, but no support.

CS is taking 10+ days to answer tickets due to the pandemic. Now that Israel has been struck pretty badly, it’s taking them even longer. Unfortunately, you’ll have to wait a lot.
