2 gigs ordered and then on last day seller refuses order. How do you leave a negative feedback?

Ordered 2 separate gigs and one got cancelled on the 6th day. The other one got cancelled by seller on the 7th day

What a waste of time? I wish to leave a warning feedback for others so they don’t get screwed too. But looks like sellers can do what they please here. Buyers have to just hope it gets delivered. Sucks

Yes, in both cases they sat on the gig till the end and then said 'Oh I dont wanna do it’



The first one was a 4 day delivery gig by the user

The next one was a 7 day gig by this user

He waited till the 7th day and then responded

How do you decline and then force them to do it. The Resolution Center sucks. It just says that seller has offered a refund so just accept it.

I think fiverr should at least have a ticket support system to allow complaints and make sure that these kind of sellers dont exist on fiverr

But what should they do, rocketriver? Try to see it from other point of view. We are all HUMAN. The sellers can, you know, don’t agree with the concept, or just be too busy to do it - or away from computer for a while. Did you message them first? You would see if they do it before ordering, man. Sellers can do nothing here, buyers have all rights in their hands.

Reply to @ynneblack: yes, with both sellers the gigs were discussed in detail. I think buyers just pay and sit and wait. Then seller is sleeping at his desk and you say sellers have no choice …I think its the other way around. Buyers should have some way to comment and make sure the sellers dont mess around after accepting the gig - and that too discussed and agreed on before buying.



Don’t get me wrong. I have bought close to 26 gigs and only 2 turned sour. So as a buyer I am very detailed and make sure before they take the gig they know what they are doing.

Forcing seller to do job is very bad thinking. I hope I never get such buyer that force seller to do things.

Reply to @ryuken: agreed. seller say no because of a reason. if buyer force the sleer that means he will never get good outcome from him. seller have very very little freedom in fiverr.
