2 Orders Completed But No Review

Hi guys, please I don’t know if this is a glitch. I do get reviews after order is marked completed, but yesterday and today’s order was marked Completed by the buyer, and I didn’t get any review. I thought it was an error yesterday, but today order is same.

Who else is experiencing this?

Buyers are NOT OBLIGATED to leave a review.

I have had ONLY 76% of my completed jobs reviewed.

Actually, asking for a review of any kind is a Fiverr ToS violation.

Fiverr sends prompts to Buyers a few days after a job is completed reminding them to make a review.

But Buyers are not required to leave a review at all.

Fiverr suggest you can remain your buyer about review. But you can not ask or push them for 5 star

Thanks all for the support! I later receive 5-Star review from one of the buyer after 2days 🙂
