2 weeks since the order I bought was delivered, and I need to change the ratings [RESOLVED]

It’s been 2 weeks since the order I bought was delivered. Quite expensive one ($25), and I need to change the rating I gave to the seller, as the seller was rude when I told him had failed, and as per his description, he’d have to have a go at it again. How do I change the rating I gave him? Also, is there an e-mail address to contact customer support?

I’m presuming you’re a buyer?

The only way you can change it is to ask your seller to initiate it from the resolution centre.
