Fiverr sent me an e-mail stating $5 after you spend $25. I dont see any difference in my account. So how does it work?
Yes, I too received this email, bought $25 and didn’t receive my $5. How can we fix that?
I’ve never used these promotions, but if I remember correctly, the details say you’ll get a $5 credit in your account on a particular date, which was given in the email you responded to. So go read the email about this promotion & if you don’t still have it, maybe it’s mentioned on the Facebook page, blog or press room, or you can contact customer support.
