25% Commission For Genuine Referrals From Top Fiverr Affiliates

Is it possible for New Sellers to VOLUNTARILY Pay a Much Higher Affiliate Commission Rate (For Example 25%) to Those Top Fiverr Affiliates who Generate Lots of Sales for them ?

As a New Seller , I Would Gladly Love to Part with 25% ; provided that Huge Amounts of Genuine Orders are regularly placed.
