I have seen other Fiverr users with the same situation: Multiple orders in Queue, but their last delivery was months ago. How can this happen?

Could be a bug, maybe they were absent for a while and then got orders, or they simply weren’t getting orders for a while and then got a few…
It could be that they had personal issues and used the resolution center to deliver them much later.
PRO account, PRO service, 21 days delivery, after initial delivery you get a revision and after that, it can go eternity until you deliver the final file.
Some PRO sellers usually have very few orders completed and in the queue, but their one order is between 800-5000USD so it makes sense.
