6 days and still not received my order

I have given order to https://www.fiverr.com/thognurk/do-3-000-real-youtube-views-likes-subscribes and its being more than 6 days the order is not done for me. So I have requested for cancellation numerous times but the seller declines it. Kindly let me know how to cancel this order once and for all. Its being a long time and therefore I am pissed off.

24 hours after the deadline, if the project has not been delivered you will be able to cancel and he will not be able to decline your cancellation request. You can also contact support and they might be able to cancel the order on your behalf.
