6 days for CS reply, got autoreply, gig not showing in search

8 days ago I got this:

Looks like your Gig is active but needs further review from our side to appear in search results. Please contact us so we can check your Gig and help you out.

Contacted CS 6 days ago, finally today I got a reply, but it was an auto generated reply telling me how to check if my gig is active or not, nothing is fixed yet.

Recommendation: DON’T MODIFY YOUR GIG


same happen with me last day my all are active but not show in search

I dont know what happen I not get any email from fiverr any thing.

Eh, not quite ‘at all’, but for sure as little as possible, though still as much as needed.

CS for sellers isn’t a real thing, it turns out. I have no idea what “fiverr support is available 24/7” means but all I’ve experienced is days spent waiting for an automated reply masquerading as a representative, telling me to reread the guidelines and then thanking me for understanding. Honestly the worst support system I’ve ever encountered, it really makes me appreciate the two months I spent going back and forth with Avid because as unhelpful as they were at least they were actual people responding to my requests and eventually solved the issue.

Today, after 9 days without showing in search and 7 days from when I contacted CS, finally someone from CS replied in my ticket and checked it out, it’s finally solved!

Here we go again!

Not with the same gig tho but, today I made changes to another gig and… now it needs a manual review.

I truly hope it dosen’t take 10 days like last time, it was starting to be successful =/
