92 gigs purchased and now looking for alternatives


Had a horrible experience with a seller and can’t find anywhere to report this.

Purchasing a $5 gig with extra $2 on top of it :frowning:

Applied to Fiverr Pro to advertise my services, finally heard back after 2 months being denied with no reasoning.

With no customer service people readily available, or, taking weeks to reply, its getting too frustrating.

Anyone else also finding this?


Service fees are added at the time of purchase where a Buyer can review and accept the total amount requested to pay. These fees cover administrative fees. As of May 2018, the current fees assessed to the total purchase amount are $2 on purchases up to $40 and 5% on purchases above $40. When making a purchase solely from your Shopping Balance (resulting from any credits or refunds) you will not be charged a service fee. Service fees are non-refundable. Funds returned to your balance from cancelled orders will not include service fees paid.

Possibly because you only have one review, a 1 star rating for failure to deliver on time?

Can you imagine how everyone would react if someone with their only review being really bad was made into a Pro seller?
