A buyer first buy my gig then after some time he cancels my order he wrote that the seller can’t do this work what should I do now. Does it effect negatively in my profile or reputation plz tell me if you know this?

this is my first order and now my order completion rate is 0 plz anyone tell me solution of this my all struggle has been lost 
Get some orders it will increase and if you don’t cancel any order in the next 60 days it will be 100% again.
