A Buyer insulted me with bad words!

i’m now having a bad experince with a buyer that insulted me with bad words, and the order still processing , Any suggestion please?

First things first, make sure you don’t reply the buyer in kind. That would affect you when making a case for yourself. Next thing to do is to screenshot the chat and send it in a complaint to Customer Support. They would deal with such buyers appropriately
