A Buyer Mistake Affected my Order Completion Rate

My order completion rate has been affected by two buyers just by mistake, the first one told me that the order was duplicated and I asked him to cancel one of them, and the second just came from nowhere and ordered and write «Start » in the requirements box and just disappeared for a whole month, please what should I do the next time to deal with those mistakes without hurting my rate?

In cases like those, it’s best to go through Customer Support to attempt to have them canceled
