A commercial license was promised but not delivered

So it’s my first time using Fiverr and I was buying some music. The gig offered a commercial license which was exactly what I needed. Everything was fine, I marked it as complete and was under the impression that I had got what I wanted. I later find out that he used samples which require a license of their own. This means I don’t actually have a commercial license to the song. Am I entitles to a refund here?

If you paid for a commercial license and have found that you don’t have commercial rights to use all the material delivered to you, you should be entitled to a full refund. You will just need to open a ticket with Fiverr customer support.
