A hack or a normal heads-up?

Fiverr’s showing a bright red banner on the top of my screen stating that I must verify my phone number in about a month or so. Is any body else seeing this? what do you think?

That is probably normal. Fiverr has been verifying phone numbers for new users and they did send out some emails saying that phone verification would gradually expand to all users, with a 30 day grace period. It sounds like they are telling you that you are in the 30 day grace period window. According to the email I saw, if you don’t phone verify by then, your gigs may be paused. I haven’t seen any kind of red banner yet, though, so if I were you I would contact Customer Support and ask directly before doing anything.
