A Question Regarding Vacation Mode and Open Orders

Hi Guys



I am going on vacation on Thursday this week so want to put vacation mode on for a couple of weeks. I have a couple of orders that have been delivered but that are waiting the buyers response.



If I put vacation mode on now, will the buyer still be able to mark the order as complete or request modifications?



I don’t really want to leave it until the day of my vacation in case I get orders through that I would need to cancel

Hey there,

All current orders will not be effected by the Vacation - it simply means that nobody else can place new orders with you.
