My gig is about giving online classes. Of course, my gig asks buyers to answer some questions before they can order, so I can really have all the information I need to start working.
However, a buyer ordered my gig , answered the questions but he didn’t really answer clearly what I needed to know. I have written many messages to him , I have asked the resolution center to tell the buyer to cancel the order or to send me the information. But, he hasn’t shown up yet.
What should I do? The time is running out and the buyer doesn’t answer any of my messages or the resolution center request.
I don’t wanna have a late delivery or cancel the order by myself, since these affect my feedback.
Please help meeee, I really need your advice.
