I am a well reputed seller and provide my buyers the best services. Unfortunately, one of the buyer never asked for the modification and never communicated anything and left a detailed negative review. In the message he asked for a refund. I always take best care of my buyers. I contacted support and told them to mutually cancel the order. The support cancelled the order but my negative review is there. It has been mentioned in the policies that if buyer and seller mutually cancel an order, the negative review will be removed but in my case its still there. Anyone can help?
