About Buyer Order

A message of order from a buyer has come in my notification. I have already view that order. But in order status are shown as incomplete for giving buyer requirment. They inform me that when buyer will give requirment, then remaining time will be start. Then I want to ask the buyer. But his ID are not shown to me. I can’t contact with him.
For this reason, Will have any problem or effect in my account?

Nope. It’s just suspended there if the buyer doesn’t finish giving the requirements. They’re not going to penalize you.

In order status, a message has shown to me that says if I know the all requirement of buyer, I can accept the order & remaining time will be start. Now question is that, if I accept the order, will I faced any problem or have any effect for my account?
