About creating new account on the same device which i used for "previous account(which i have deactivated)"

Hello folks,

I am about to deactivate my current account because i want to change my name.

after deactivating my existing account i will create a fresh account “ON THE SAME DEVICE WHICH I USE FOR MY CURRENT ACCOUNT”

so all i want to know is…

“WILL THERE BE ANY PROBLEM BY DOING SO OR IT WILL BE FINE???”

(NOTE: as a buyer i did not placed any order and as a seller i did not completed any project…SO THERE ARE NO “NEGATIVE REVIEWS” OR ANY OTHER REASON BEHIND DOING SO.All i want to do is to change my name).

The safest thing to do would be to ask Customer Support for permission; once you get their permission, you’d be good to go.

Be prepared to wait for it, though. Due to the increased number of tickets they’re receiving after everyone and their uncle (and their uncle’s dog) joined during the pandemic, their official waiting time is up to 10 days, and someone just complained that he haven’t received any response from them even after 24 days.

Well I have recently contacted with CS and they replied within 10 hours.

Hopefully you’ll be lucky this time, too.
