Hello. There are Gigs which, by their nature, require communication via zoom calls (e.g. English lessons) etc. So what about those gigs? Do they break the policy? Can I buy or sell such gigs, requiring Zoom calls for the gig?

If you want to offer a service that requires that sort of contact you need to get permission from Customer Support.

If you think your service has something which is needed to contact the clients outside of fiverr which is against Fiverr Terms & Rules then I will suggest you to Contact the Support team and have a clear chat about your service and describe them why you need to have a Zoom call or Other way to talk with the clients before creating such types of GIGS.
