About fiverr's Rating system

I got 3 gigs canceled because of my and my clients ignorance. One of buyer bought my gigs without my confirmation and didn’t provided me enough requirements to complete his work. on other side i didnt know that i can cancel the gig myself by resolution center. so my ratings went down below 80% . Now i am not allowed to send the request to buyer. I am stuck now. Before i was earning good and working hard to complete my orders. If some one can show me how can i get out of this situation. I will be very grateful.

Hi, Unfortunately, ignorance is not a valid reason to get out of this situation.



You’ll just have to work harder, get good reviews and avoid any further cancellations.
