About Gig cancellation and Negative FEEDBACK issues

I have a buyer, he miss Understand my service and leaves Negative Feedback, now i made a cancellation request., let me know if he accept cancellation request, will that negative feedback will remove from my profile ? and I will again get 100% positive ratings ?
