About gig video resolution

Can anyone tell me please which resolution should I use for the gig video? I added a gig video with 1080px X 720px resolution. But after I added it into my gig its resolution has been changed. Please help me to resolve it.

You could try 1280x720 pixels. It might handle that format better.
