It’s not necessary if you send buyer request then there accept. Try to polish your buyer request policy. It should be effective and to the point.

Dont just send copy pasted request to all. Try to understand buyers need. Tell your way of work, your process, your experience. Hundreds of people like you with same skill sending offer. You have to stand out among them. Present yourself as different.

Hey buddy,
You need to focus on your sales pitch to the customer before you send an offer.
Ask them a couple of questions first about how they would like things and then after you have more details you can talk about price.
Try not to talk about price on the first message. Get them to invest some time into messaging with you first.
