Unfortunately Buyer has given a 3 star review. But when I asked him that why he has given me a 3 star review. He replied me that its a mistake. I proposed to him to change the review with a 5 star mark instead of 3 stars.
Now question is, Can he change the review?

Yes he can, in fact now you have an option in the order page to make a request to the buyer to change the review, just kindly ask him to do that in the message explaining why

Yes, It can be changed. You have to click on resolve now button and choose “I have an issue with the feedback I received from the buyer”. then he/she have to accept it, then can change the review.
