About response rate geting down

once I received spam message and I ignore that cause it’s on spam. then my response rate got down 100% to 88%. now I chat with many clients but still that not increased. any idea how can I get back to normal rate?

That’s also happended to me too. You just have to respond to the new clients as soon as possible. It will slowly goes on increasing .

sad news ahh. it geting decreas so fast but increasing slow as sloth 😃 remember don’t ignore spam message also

yeah. At first mine increased very slow now even 1% per new client. Now it start to increase by 3% per new client. I got down to 50% before Now I have slowly back to 80% 😃
