About selling on fiverr

Hey everyone I am new on fiverr and want to sell my service. I just have a few questions to ask. please help.

1. What is fiverr fees.
   
2. How can I sell my gig for more then $5 to start.
   
3. How do I get the money from my customers.
   
4. How can I set up the same gig at different prices or extra.
   
5. How can I check what level am in.
   
6. How can I get to level one to add extra on my gig.

4. Not a wise move from a marketing standpoint.

Reply to @kjblynx: well the service im trying to sell cost about $80. its not really worth it to me to sell it at $5 because it involves a lot of work. I see some sellers on fiverr selling for more then $5. Can I sell for more then $5 or do I have to be at level one first. All I see next to my name is $10.
