Accept order option for buyers

I think this may have been suggested already but no harm in suggesting it again as it is a real problem for buyers (me at least). Take a current example:

the buyer reads the rubric and gets in touch prior to ordering. Great.

I whip up a custom offer and the buyer uses the “extra info section” to tell me they won’t have the necessary info for a few days. Not so great. The clock is now ticking for me but I’m unable to do the work because I don’t have the info.

So surely there should be some grace period where once the extra info is added I can actually assess that a) info / data is there and b) the supplied info / data allows me to do the requested work (sometimes buyers request projects that are sound in theory but impossible to complete given their data).
