Accepting orders from buyer who is actually a seller

If I accept orders and review from my regular buyer who is actually a regular seller in fiverr will it hamper my account?Or will it be consider as fake review?

No,he is actually a seller from my own country.He has a group and he is giving some work me and I told him to pay in fiverr.
